I have never left a dental appointment so disappointed. When I scheduled my appointment, I specifically asked whether they could perform a bonding repair during the visit. I was assured that they could. However, when I arrived, I was told they would not do the repair because it "wouldn't look as good as veneers." The entire reason for my appointment was to have the stained bonding on my front teeth removed and replaced. During my cleaning, I asked about it again, and the hygienist acknowledged that was why I had come in. She offered to try buffing the bonding, but we both knew that would not address the issue. After nearly an hour and a half of back-and-forth discussions, the office finally informed me that they could perform bonding after all, but only by scheduling a separate appointment. At that point, I was quoted more than $400 for a very small bonding repair. For comparison, my longtime dentist has performed the same repair for approximately $30. In the end, I left without receiving the service I was told they could provide when I booked the appointment. It felt like there was little interest in helping me unless I was willing to pay for veneers. If the practice does not offer certain procedures, or only offers them under limited circumstances, that should be communicated clearly before patients take time off work and come in expecting treatment. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

Can’t recommend them highly enough! Dr. Burton was knowledgeable and a consummate professional! Jessander was kind and skilled. The office manager was friendly and explained the cost of the add on procedures in advance , so I didn’t have to guess at what the cost would be and could make an informed choice (crazy that’s not the standard!). And to boot they worked me in on short notice when I had an urgent issue. I will be recommending them to everyone who has an ear.
