I’d give 10 or even 100 stars if I could. Everyone we’ve interacted with from RooterGuy has been so easy to work with and their pricing is so fair! Gordon and his team (Coti and Gael) are the gold standard for customer service. They are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, considerate - and have high integrity. They were so respectful - to us, our pets, and our home. I cannot rave about them enough.
Eric did an excellent job repairing our hose bib. He was punctual, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about the work he was doing. He arrived right on time, explained the issue, and completed the repair efficiently. We really appreciated his attention to detail and the care he took to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. Called to make an appointment for estimate on installing a kitchen faucet we bought. We got an appointment 08:00AM the next day and was the best price we had received from calling others for quotes for this the job. Jacob Smith did a great job explaining what he was going to do and in about an hour had removed the old faucet, checked for wear and tear and installed new faucet equipment for the price he quoted. Jacob was professional and friendly and really established our trust in Rooter Guy. They now are the first call we make for any plumbing needs we come up with. Very pleased!
Gordon, Valentine, and Tanner did an incredible job replacing a kitchen sewer line in my basement. They were great to work with! They were very professional, showed me exactly what the issues were, and what to expect, before starting the job. The work was completed in a timely manner and at a very reasonable cost. I wouldn’t hesitate to use RooterGuy again. I highly recommend these guys!
Really enjoyed doing business with this company. From start to finish, everything was laid out and explained, high communication and realistic explanations of the process as well as options open to me.
