Bradley Electric exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Their customer service is truly top notch. Rob was fantastic—he walked me through pricing clearly, got me scheduled quickly, and did everything he could to help despite their schedule being completely packed due to the recent wind storms. What really stood out was that he even referred me to another reputable company in the area and spoke highly of their work as well. That kind of honesty and professionalism is a true class act. The crew members, Brian, Kyle, Devon, and Tyler were just as impressive. They were extremely polite and respectful, took the time to fully explain the issue, fixed it efficiently, and went above and beyond by checking other areas to make sure everything was safe and working properly. They were incredibly thorough and made me feel confident the job was done right. After calling around and comparing quotes from three other companies, Bradley Electric ended up having the best pricing by far. Between the quality of work, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service, they’ve earned my trust. I’ll only be using Bradley Electric for any future projects or electrical issues going forward.
I've had Bradley Electric to my house 4-5 times for a variety of services. They installed some new outlets for us, installed and electric car charger, and replaced some exterior lights. Just recently they came out to check our wiring to confirm problems we were having with our range were actually problems with the range and not the house wiring. They are always prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. Today they had to come again for a range related issue that had nothing to do with their work and once again they were thorough. I feel safer in my home knowing they took the time to make sure everything was safe for my family. Thank you!
