The staff at this city club was truly remarkable. As a reciprocal member, we had the pleasure of staying overnight, and the food was simply delicious. The staff was friendly, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. It’s a wonderful place with a great class and a trove of unique treasures.
Room was fine, small and no air conditioning. Upon departure, the circle was closed so there was lack of communication with valet. They lost my keychain, gave me my keys and walked me out the back way. Upon walking out the back way, there were several other people waiting on their cars. Negussy, the man in charge of valet tried to accuse me of lying when the front desk gave me my keys. He was extremely unprofessional and confrontational when all we were trying to do was leave. He kept trying to say “are you trying to intimidate me?” No. We are trying to leave. Overall, the valet experience made our stay unpleasant and due to Negussy, we will not be back.

The Columbia Club is a great spot right on Monument Circle. The building has a ton of character and history, and it’s one of those places in downtown Indy that just feels classic the second you walk in. The staff has always been friendly and professional, and the food and drinks have been consistently good. It’s a really good place for a business meeting, grabbing a drink, or hosting an event. Hard to beat the location and the view of the Circle. Overall just a great downtown spot with a lot of history behind it.
Didn’t stay here, but went to an event here. A place with a lot of history and very old style elegant. The food that was served was really good.
I have been coming to the Columbia Club since I was a little kid and this past summer we had the most wonderful wedding at the Columbia Club in September of this year! It all came together beautifully and I could not recommend more. The Columbia Club went the extra mile, made things convenient, and truly worked with us like a partnership through this entire process. We worked with Taylor and she was fantastic. Breaking it down: -The CC was very easy to work with as far as design and rentals go. They have a personal relationship with one of the major rental vendors in Indy that makes it super easy to get things done and source things for the wedding. -The food was FANTASTIC! We got so many comments that people loved the food and it was much better than the normal wedding food meal. I attribute this to the CC having a full kitchen that they use for many events etc. So they were very prepared the food tasted restaurant quality not wedding quality. -Drinks: The CC kept drinks flowing all night. We never had a long line at either bar and they were super accommodating when I asked to add additional drinks to the menu. This was at an extra cost but a cost I found to be very reasonable. -Service: They had TONS of servers, bartenders, etc at our disposal for the cocktail hour and the reception. It really kept things moving. They also recommended to add a couple more bartenders which we did again at a very reasonable cost. -They let the band play until pretty much midnight, they let us drop off our wedding cake the day before and pick it up the day after. They are overall just really easy to work with and professional. If you are looking to have an upscale event I think this is absolutely the team and place to do it. Rooms: They are in the process of renovating the hotel rooms. The new ones are super nice with gorgeous white marble bathrooms. I highly recommend requesting an upgraded room if you are staying here. We booked a couple rooms + the presidential suite and it was fantastic. Restaurant: We had dinner here the Thursday night before the wedding and it was fantastic. The food is always great and drinks/wine selection is fantastic. I love eating here for a nice meal.
