Kayhan’s Roofing did an excellent job on our roof. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Communication was great throughout the process, the work was completed on time, and everything turned out beautifully. The crew was respectful of our property and left everything clean when the job was finished. We are very happy with the final result and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality roofing work.
Getting two new commercial roofs was a big deal for my partnership and there are lots of details which concerned us. We went with Kayhans Roofing and I am so happy we did. The price was excellent, the job was done really well, we had two commercial tenants which required specific scheduling and they were well accommodated for, and both roofs look great. I could not be more satisfied and we have a couple of projects coming up in the next year and will definitely use them. We now have a roofer for any needs. My highest recommendations for this roofing team!

Kayhan’s Roofing is absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, Omid was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain every detail and answered all of my questions with patience (there were a lot of them). The quality of the work is top notch, and my roof looks amazing and I feel confident it's built to last. If you're looking for a roofing company you can trust, I highly recommend them.
I chose them after looking at many roofers. Omid and team got exactly what I was looking for (an insulated roof, very useful for a comfortable home with low energy costs), suggested additions, and came in with one of the lowest quotes. The team was respectful, cleaned up daily, and worked efficiently. The project took longer due to delivery delays, but they remained flexible. I highly recommend them for complicated, pricy projects. Cutting out the middleman and using Kayhan’s gets great results for a lot less.
The old roof consisted of steel tile on top of a layer of wood shake. Removal would take extra effort and experience. We wanted new gutters and downspouts, new insulation, and new skylights. We selected a thicker, more shake-like composite shingle for our new roof. We appreciated that Kayhans sent out a large (6+ workers) to remove the old roof and install the new one in two and a half days. They also discovered and repaired some termite damage in the process. New gutters took another day. Removing the old insulation, cleaning and sealing the attic, and installing new insulation took one day. The skylights were installed the next day. About a week for the whole project. Very efficient. Between the project manager and their front office, they kept us well informed about schedules. We are extremely pleased with the results and would recommend Kayhans Roofing for anyone interested in replacing their roof.
