I’m sure JTM Construction is a fine company, but they really need to retrain their employees and let them know they are a direct representation of their company. The flagger for the project next to the REN towers on Virginia/Minor is one of the most unpleasant and rude workers I have ever encountered. It’s not appropriate to make derogatory comments about people or their vehicles, and the woman working is awful at her job and plain rude. For a unionized position, they are wasting their money paying someone to harass random people driving by, because she wasn’t paying attention to the road, or directing traffic with large machinery and trucks backing up.
