I brought my car in because it was making a clunking noise, and the team walked me through the entire process. I really appreciated that, after dropping off my vehicle, all of the updates were sent through their text/web system. It gave me time to review the photos and read through the explanation of the issue at my own pace, which was much easier for me than trying to understand everything over the phone. The whole experience was incredibly easy and efficient. The repair was completed the same day, and the pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them!
The whole experience was great from start to finish. Great leveraging of technology, AI bot after i made my reservation online. Diagnosis text with pics and a detailed description of the resolution and paid via the same text. I received several calls to keep me in the loop and make sure I was informed. Was quoted a price and things changed to make the repair lower than what was quoted. They could have just kept the cost the same and I would have never known. One of the best garage experience for me! Thanks

Dealer said I needed some very expensive work, Autoworx East End inspected my car and recommended not doing most of the work, saving me a couple thousand dollars! Don was superb to work with. Very communicative/engaging. Plus they use a messaging system to provide timely and detailed updates and itemization of the estimate. By far the best experience with a car service organization I have had in my 50+ years of maintaining cars.
Earlier this year, I needed to get a full clutch replacement on my 2016 Audi A4, which is a time consuming and expensive job. I received a few quotes, and Autoworx / Don was the most competitive, albeit by a small margin. I authorized the work to be completed and submitted full payment. When I went to pick up the car, Don told me that there were some parts included in the original quote that turned out to not be required, and he refunded me several hundred dollars. I’ve never heard of anything like that happening with a mechanic shop. Incredibly refreshing honesty. And the repair was top quality. Car is running great. Autoworx will get all my business going forward. I just brought the car in for the annual inspection, and it was super comforting to know that I was not going to get hit up for unnecessary work. I requested an inspection at the earliest possible appointment. They scheduled the appointment for next day. The inspection identified recommended services based on the inspection. Luckily none of the recommended services were required to meet the inspection minimums. The prices for the services were reasonable compared to dealer pricing.
