What a treat staying here! BEing a gardener, the property gardens were especially wonderful. All the varieties and blooming flowers and bushes were amazing. It was obvious the work and attention they put into their facility. Our room was probably the nicest we've even enjoyed. So much square footage, huge bathtub, fireplace and we loved the patio ! We could sit out there and overlook the patio below and hear live music while we sipped on some wine. HIGHLY recommend! And being able to walk to so many local wineries was an extra bonus! and KUDOS and thanks to Charles Chen who is a manager there and MOST helpful!
First visit to Willows Lodge, and it did not disappoint. The staff were polite, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay a great one. Our room was clean, tastefully decorated, and had a wonderfully relaxing feel — exactly what you want when you're looking to unwind. A nice bonus was the complimentary snacks in the lobby, a thoughtful touch for those moments between meals. A lovely property that I'd highly recommend.

Our visit to Willows Lodge was an unforgettable experience and a perfect way to conclude a wonderful evening. Although we stopped in for a nightcap after dinner, we were immediately captivated by the breathtaking beauty and peaceful elegance of the property. The atmosphere throughout the lodge is warm, inviting, and beautifully designed, creating a sense of tranquility from the moment you arrive. We especially enjoyed taking a leisurely walk through the gardens, which were impeccably maintained and added to the charm and serenity of the entire experience. It is easy to see why Willows Lodge is regarded as such an exceptional destination. What impressed us most was the genuine hospitality and outstanding service extended by the staff. Every interaction reflected professionalism, kindness, and a sincere commitment to making guests feel welcomed and valued. Thank you to everyone at Willows Lodge for helping make my 47th birthday so memorable. Your beautiful property, gracious hospitality, and exceptional atmosphere created a lasting impression that we will always cherish. We look forward to returning in the future and highly recommend Willows Lodge to anyone seeking a truly remarkable and relaxing experience.
Welcoming environment and great ambiance. Free glass of wine at check-in and a free bottle of wine if you share a post on social media. Valet parking is optional. The buildings are a slight maze but everything is nice to look at on the way to your room. We had a 'nicer' king corner room. The room was fantastic, well thought out. There's a cutout in the wall that separates the bed and bathroom, so you can use the GIGANTIC soak tub while watching TV etc. The mirror wall always threw me off, I feel if that was a window too it would be cool. Shower had a digital temperature control which was super cool. The only bad thing about the room, which was actually a huge disappointment, was the bed. Not the most comfy mattress (too firm), and the pillows absolutely were the worst part (hard, rigid, weird shape, just terrible) .. It made for a bad sleep, and I was looking forward to a deep restful sleep. I'm 100% bringing my own pillows next time. Fireplace actually heats the room if you have it on for a while. Cute porch but we were right in view of the parking lot so we didn't use it. Room service for breakfast said 35 minute delivery time, but it was 50 minutes.. But the food was hotter than expected and was quite delicious. Would be awesome if they offered 24/7 room service. The phone doesn't have any extensions written on it, you have to refer to the binder for them. Smart TV in the room was a massive plus. A little annoying we had to go downstairs for ice and water, but whatever. Check out was a breeze, just tell them your room number and thats it. Despite the terrible bed, I'm still giving 5 starts.
We recently had the opportunity to day-of coordinate at Willows Lodge, and it was a pleasure. All of the staff were so kind and accommodating, which really helped make the wedding day run smoothly. Jenn was always responsive and flexible when it came to any last-minute detail changes, and my clients were so happy with their overall experience. I also appreciated how close all the wedding spaces are (getting ready rooms, ceremony, and reception), which helps it feel like its own private area separate from the hotel. The fountain and gardens are such a beautiful touch and perfect for wedding day photos. I would definitely recommend this venue for a smooth and beautiful event, and I can’t wait to come back for future weddings!
