I’m bought a car from them for my son. Got about 30 min away, had a minor issue. Scott came to me and got me back on the road in 20 min. Great guy. This kind of service is hard to find. Please go see Scott if you need a vehicle.
Very professional with great prices.. i would also like to add that when we had trouble with our car and something went wrong with the engine.He stood behind his word and made it right which is hard to find today?Especially in used car dealers.I cannot recommend these guys enough 💯 he has honor, integrity, and is a man of his word..
Found this spot on Google after having a bad experience with a few other mechanics. Best mechanic we've been to in akron and surrounding areas. They're honest, they show you what's wrong and they are completely upfront about everything needed for the car thats brought it and they answer questions about what else it may need as well. If I could give 10 stars I would! Awesome place!

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Stay Away from Phoenix Auto Sales I recently purchased a car from Phoenix Auto Sales, and just two days later, the check engine light came on. When I tried to contact them, they ignored my calls. When I went back in person, they lied and claimed I had the wrong number. Instead of helping, they told me to leave out ,if not will "call the police"—treating me like unknown for simply asking for help with a car they sold me. Scott, the owner, pretended to be kind and trustworthy during the sale, but that changed immediately after the deal was done. They had promised support if anything went wrong, but that turned out to be a lie. His wife was especially rude and disrespectful, showing zero care for me as a paying customer. She even told the technicians not to check my car. I had to spend lots of money on repair but it couldn’t sloved yet. This place is scamming innocent people by selling faulty cars and refusing to take any responsibility afterward. If you're thinking of buying from them—please be aware. Don't fall for their fake hospitality like I did. I hope this message helps for buyers.
Update..I've now been going here for the past 3 years! That should tell yall something! I can not express enough what a good honest well run family shop this is. MOST AFFORDABLE TOO! I've price checked because I'm dirt poor. Their customer service & prices can't be beat! They still have my 2010 Ford escape going! First time going here & let me just say these people are so friendly & even remember you by name when you come back. Very clean & seems to be well ran. Their mechanics were also very polite & knowledgeable, didn't feel like they hired a bunch of shade tree mechanics. Very professional all around in my opinion, I would use them again. Will keep this review posted when I use them again.
