We booked the Presidential Suite at the Marriott Hotel Indianapolis North for our daughter’s birthday, mainly because she wanted to go swimming in the middle of January. The location is convenient — tucked right behind the Fashion Mall, so there are plenty of food options nearby. Parking is only available in an outdoor lot. No valet, no garage parking, which felt a little underwhelming for a higher-end room. The front desk staff was pleasant enough, but I wouldn’t say they went above and beyond. The suite itself was clean, but definitely showed noticeable wear and tear in several areas, especially the furniture. The pool, however, was a highlight. It was a good size with plenty of seating, and the staff did a nice job replenishing towels and keeping the area tidy. The water temperature passed the true test — approval from my daughter! Overall, it was fine for a one-night stay and served the purpose for our small celebration. Nothing I would go out of my way to book again, but acceptable for a quick overnight.
just for the price compared to some other cost efficient hotels isn’t worth it, they claim modern but the internet isn’t free, and when you get it, still trash. literally can’t screen cast on the old out of date crap. has netflix option you have to have an account (i had one) took three hours to load, not exaggerating…. once it loaded it took the buttons on the remote ten to twenty seconds to complete the action you request, press a button wait and see what the remote gets you. the live tv wasn’t any better, 40 channels and half of them are news. walls are super thin so just hope the room next to you is empty, you can hear them walk move shower flush, anything. the handicap showers definitely flood the entire bathroom. pull the pull out mattress out of the sofa giant urine stain no sheets or anything just raw dog urine spot. it’s just moronic to not have microwaves in the room either, that is listed and i wasn’t expecting one but it’s so inconvenient. and the breakfast is NOT FREE $60 for two people and they don’t even refill your coffee, you serve yourself. what a joke. seems like more of place to stay when you’re part of a large group for a convention or whatever

Marriott I had a great experience at the Marriott. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything felt well-maintained. The bed was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a long day, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities that made the stay more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and attentive, which really added to the overall experience. Whether traveling for business or leisure, Marriott delivers reliable comfort and quality every time.
Stayed for 1 night with family. Good size/clean pool for kids with plenty room around it. Rooms were clean and comfy. Had a hot chocolate bar. And bar in the lobby as well. Close to shopping center, and highway.
Charged $10 to use wifi Room and bathroom are spacious. No microwave, and just that basic fridge in a cabinet that doesn't chill your items. Bedframe does not work with mattress size, it is hidden with a 'bed skirt ' so 3 of our members ended with gnarly shin bruises from the base protruding. The bathroom door was frosted glass/sliding - cute but impossible to budge open or closed. *This was brought to staffs attention and within 15 minutes they sent somebody to the room to fix. Made it noticeably more slidable afterwards.
