Robert V. was a wonderful technician. In fact, his presence as young man in our home gave me hope for humanity’s future. If more people of all generations exuded such a sense of responsibility, professionalism, and sincerity (as well as a pleasant sense of humor), we’d all be much better off. Robert was great! He was able to assess the blockage and fix immediately. He was even very nice to my 6 year old son who was very interested in all the tools and equipment Robert was working with! I give 5 stars and would recommend Rooter Hero every time!
