Super fast appointment booking online, quick response too. I had the pleasure of Rudy and Robert come check out a plumbing issue at my house. Both were polite, courteous and on time. Rudy and Robert took time to explain what they recommended, how they were going to achieve it, and after the job explained what they had found and mitigation strategies for the future. Had a great experience with Rooter Hero. Drake was amazing, showed up on time, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and discussed the different options to resolve the issue. I had been worried that my problem was something major but after Drake explained everything I learned it was nothing serious and could be resolved quickly. Matthew showed up as scheduled with a call in advance to let me know he was coming. He is very professional, courteous and direct. He was able to diagnose and fix my issue in very short order. I would not hesitate to call again, Matthew is a great representative for the company.
