The hotel was very pleasant. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Furniture was a little older, but nice enough. The whole place looked and felt nice yet comfortable. It smelled pleasant as well. Breakfast was great, staff was helpful and even gave us a bag of ice when I asked if there were ice machines. Workout room wasn’t huge, but it was great and treadmills were nice. Pool looked great but we didn’t have time to use it. TV in every room of our 3 room suite. We definitely would stay again, and recommend it. Quick drive to a California Pizza or Universal Studios.
This is one of the best Residence Inns we have ever stayed in. First off - the staff here is incredible. They are the most helpful, friendliest group I have ever seen. The property itself is exceptionally well maintained. Very clean, and it's evident the owners care very much about the guest experience. The breakfast buffet was immaculate, aa was the whole property. I'm so impressed, as were we all.

Stayed here for a little over a month with my husband and two year old. We have been to several Residence Inns and this is by far the most upscale one I've seen, with great outdoor grilling area, a pool, and fire pit. The chandelier by the staircase in the lobby makes this place a choice hotel for special occasions. Rooms are spacious very clean and orderly. Service was incredible especially the cleaning crew, they were always on top of everything and kept this hotel spotless. The front desk attendant Maryann was amazing from the first day we were there she was so kind friendly and eager to help, she was especially sweet to our daughter. The manager Kile was awesome, he is what a good manager looks like; outgoing, cheerful ,and does his job superbly. The laundry facilities have the option of paying by card which is a huge plus. Breakfast was delicious they serve a good variety and the breakfast crew are very nice! Location is convenient, close to a few restaurants in walking distance right by the major highway and close to a mall. Downsides are: parking fees so somewhere around $25 a day and because it is by a major highway depending on if your room is facing the highway it can be noisy. Thank you Residence Inn for a great experience!
Great location and staff. A better equipped gym would be nice and sometimes housekeeping was a little inconsistent but I had a great stay here. I have an Oura ring and I think my sleep quality went down a bit because of the freeway next to the hotel so if you're sensitive like me maybe pick a better room. Still enjoyed my stay.
This was an excellent stay! Very good customer service, accommodating employees, clean rooms, and just overall a really great place to stay. Also the included breakfast was great. It's not just a basic breakfast. Hot foods like eggs, sausage, waffles, and potatoes- plus bagels, cereal, yogurt, juices, chocolate milk. Just a great spread. Thanks for a great stay!!
