I’m only giving 3 stars at this time due to the inefficiency of the dental clinic. I’ve been calling all week long trying to speak to a live person and all I get is voicemail. NO PATIENT SHOULD HAVE TO LEAVE A VOICEMAIL! It’s absolutely ridiculous that a human being cannot answer the phone. I’ve never had that problem calling for a medical appointment. Not to mention, when I called the dental clinic in Chandler I was told their next available appointment isn’t until DECEMBER! I’m not sure at this point if it’s just a lacking in staff, or incompetence. 🤦🏼♂️
I'm still iffy about the services & staff in both care providers that are offered. The dentist is good but has need for improvement. The pharmacy staff I must say are the sweetest and in all honesty the best part 💕

DISHONEST STAFF. While getting my labs drawn I asked the guy drawing my blood if they would test my blood/urine that I'm providing for a viral infection I'm showing symptoms of. He said yes. After viewing my results... they never did. I had to make ANOTHER appointment to provide MORE samples to get tested. Sick and tired of the dishonesty, attitudes, misinformation, and screw ups I deal with EVERY time I have to do business with this establishment. Do you hate your jobs? GET IT TOGETHER!!!!
Been waiting all day. They keep telling me they will call me back soon but in 4 hours i am not even close to finished. Good thing i made an appointment. Terrible
I love my providers there they have one of the best dentists in Arizona! ❤️
