Noah was great. He was friendly, respectful and efficient. He was also very knowledgeable of my HVAC system. He sent pictures of condition of various parts of the system for my records. I have my system checked every 6 months under my maintenance agreement which is renewable every year for $438.00. The agreement covers any issues that might arise between scheduled servicing. I have used Scottsdale Air and Heating for 20+ years.....highly recommend them.
Kyle and Tyler made the whole process easy and professional. Kyle went above and beyond by getting into the attic and recommending airflow improvements for a back bedroom, not just selling a new system. Tyler did a great job on the new unit installation and made sure everything was done right and that I was happy. From initial appointment to full install in just one day, and at a very competitive price. Highly recommend.

Patrick came out today to service our air conditioner and did an outstanding job. He showed up on time, was professional and respectful of our home, and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why it mattered. He thoroughly inspected and serviced the system, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was running efficiently before he left. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with great customer service, but Patrick absolutely does. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right. Our system is running better than it has in a long time. Highly recommend Patrick to anyone needing HVAC service.
My technician, Patrick Fair was great! Very professional but also very personable. He explained some things about my annual contract that I was unaware of, that kept me from canceling it! I really appreciated his his efforts today!!! I’d request him every time if that was an option!
Have to replace whole unit so some questions /answers don’t apply to my situation. Cole is a professional, such an agreeable young man and it has been a pleasure to have him at my home.
