I wanted to take a moment to share some incredibly positive feedback regarding our recent event at the Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Tower. The entire Events and Hotel team did a phenomenal job, and we are so grateful for your hard work and dedication. I especially want to recognize Rachael, Mike B, James, Desmond, Julie, Tremaine, Marquisha, Brinley, Joi, and Ray for their outstanding support. Each of you went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and your professionalism and attentiveness did not go unnoticed. Our team was particularly impressed by how the staff handled the less than ideal conditions leading up to the reception. When a significant amount of smoke impacted the air quality in Cleveland, the team acted proactively to ensure our guests remained comfortable. Moving the event from the Pavilion to the East Foyer was a seamless transition, and having the indoor backup space ready for us on the morning of July 19 was a massive relief. Your ability to overcome these environmental challenges is what truly made this event such a huge success! Thank you all so much for everything.
I recently stayed at the Marriott Downtown at Key Tower for 11 days and had a wonderful experience. Briele at the front desk consistently went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. She was professional, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions I had, making sure to find a solution whenever needed. The location is excellent—centrally located and within walking distance of many restaurants, nightlife spots, and grocery stores. The gym is well-equipped, and the spa and sauna were especially relaxing after long days. The bar was also a great place to unwind, and the staff there were friendly and attentive. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. Thank you for such a great experience.

It is astonishing to witness the repeated turnover of managers at this establishment, yet the quality of food remains Good but could do better with wait time . During my lunch break, I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with soup. Also 9:25pm The food was undoubtedly not good so upset this time but I requested a pepper jack cheese instead of the yellow cheese that was already on the sandwich. I had previously informed the staff that they could omit the yellow cheese if they were unable to make it. However, the staff member returned and informed me that the chefs had approved the order. Despite this, the sandwich was still yellow and pepper jack cheese. The food was prepared, but the person next to me ordered a drink, burger, and fries, and finished their meal before I even received mine. Although the manager was assisting me, they subsequently disappeared. It is concerning that the staff members at this establishment are paid more than their counterparts, yet they seem to prioritize the convenience of customers over the quality of their food. After consuming my meal for approximately 10 minutes, no one has yet approached me to request a check. Sick $12 sandwich and soup mind you there supposed to be chips on top but you wouldn’t see them due to the food being re warmed from sitting smh . I personally would hope things can get better .with a small order like this and soup already done I should have never had to wait this long
Great location downtown within walking distance of progressive field and rock and roll hall of fame. The room was decently clean, but we had to tell the front desk twice that we needed more towels since housekeeping never touched the room while we were out. Overall an alright hotel and I’d consider staying here again.
Great stay at Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Tower. I stayed for a full week, including training sessions in the event/reception rooms, and everything was very well organized. The food was excellent throughout the stay, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with good amenities. Only minor downside for me: the bathroom had a bathtub converted into a shower rather than a proper walk-in shower. Also, slippers in the room would have been a nice touch (not sure if that’s common in US hotels). Overall, a very pleasant and professional experience — would definitely stay again.
