I found the local company red lily plumbing online. The booking agent was very helpful. Ozzy, my plumber, was polished and poised with a no-nonsense, professional approach. Ozzy worked with that same clean and orderly manner. As we spoke about my situation, he to was patient and helpful. The individuals I worked with at Red Lily plumbing were conscientious during every step of my installation they were prompt and ethical. They earned the company, red Lily plumbing, a five-star rating with a big thank you from me.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this plumbing company. While the technical work itself was good and the technician, Isaiah, was skilled and professional, the overall management of the job was highly problematic. Appointments were repeatedly confirmed and then cancelled or missed without notice, causing significant disruption to my schedule. Each no-show required me to cancel or reschedule important personal and medical appointments to accommodate them, and this impact was treated as inconsequential. I clearly communicated that I have indoor cats and asked that doors be kept closed for their safety. This request was ignored, and one of my cats escaped and was nearly killed as a result. On rainy days, the technicians did not use protective shoe coverings or floor protection despite repeated requests, tracking mud throughout my home and onto rugs. On multiple occasions, they left my home without running water, and at other times left water running through the night, creating additional stress, inconvenience, and potential property damage. In addition, I was left without hot water and with construction debris and protective materials that I was forced to clean up myself for over a week. Although the plumbing work itself was performed well, a job that should have taken no more than two days stretched into over three weeks due to scheduling failures, no-shows, and lack of respect for the customer’s time and home. Customers deserve reliability, respect for their time, and care for their property. Unfortunately, this company did not meet those basic standards.

Roy came out to handle some plumbing work for me and did an outstanding job. He completed the work efficiently and took the time to clearly explain the issues, walk me through his repair plan, and offer helpful recommendations. I truly appreciated his transparency and professionalism. Highly recommend.
