Dr. Derek Klaus was great. He actually listened to me and took time with me. I was able to address several issues with him at one appointment. His staff is also amazing. His PA was friendly, knowledgeable and orofessional: his scheduler was energetic and informative. I was going somewhere else where none of this happened. Due to insurance changes, I switched to Summa. So glad I did.
I just had the most thorough and detailed exam on could only ask for not only is my doctor ,Wissam Alajaji, a expert in cardiology but I believe he has a brilliant memory for giving detailed information from his schooling education and what he readings for a plan of action for my care. He is also really humble, polite and speaks clearly and looks at you with confidence. It was unbelievably encouraging knowing I am in excellent care. You can tell he is passionate about his work he drew diagrams and showed me test results explaining everything along the way. I hope he stays at Summa Health system for a long time

I’m so thankful I found Dr. Julie Mark. She is very knowledgeable, skillful, and trustworthy. I’ve been a patient for about 4 years. We always discuss treatment plans for my skin cancer and pros and cons of each one, so that I can make an informed decision for my care. I do my part and she does hers. Because of my condition, I follow up with her for full body checks every 6 months. Last check up Dr Julie found no suspicious lesions! I highly recommend her. She takes great care of me. It is well worth the drive!
The staff are all great at the Sleep Office but Summa is not providing the equipment they need to provide comprehensive care. They have no way to take an accurate blood pressure if you need an XS cuff or an XL cuff. I was told they requested on XL cuff months ago as many of their patients need that size but it still has not been provided. Do better Summa!
Dr Jeffrey Junko is one of the best drs I have ever been to. He’s professional and so kind. He cares about the patient. I am so glad that I chose him to do surgery on my two toes. Excellent Dr and staff! Easy 5 stars!
