Brad and his team are extremely trustworthy, dependable, and kind. I went through a terrible situation after buying a bad car from a dealership, and Brad went above and beyond to help me throughout the process. He also explains everything clearly so I can understand to make the best decision based on what is truly needed, and doesn't take advantage to squeeze out every penny with unnecessary recs, like I have experienced in the past. Most trusted mechanic I've experienced. Eric, Nate, John & the rest of the team provide the most excellent service. They don't beat around the bush or try to get you to spend money unnecessarily. This is a high quality, FAIR garage with stand up people, that happens to be COMPLETELY invisible, good luck trying to find the front door 😂 I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.
For the life of me, I can’t understand how I paid for a diagnostic on my car.. it DID NOT go towards the service and yall won’t send me the rest of my diagnostic results. You keep telling me you’ll send them and never do and now yall ducking my calls.
