Most trusted mechanic I've experienced. Eric, Nate, John & the rest of the team provide the most excellent service. They don't beat around the bush or try to get you to spend money unnecessarily. They are honest, friendly and hard working. They consistantly stay busy and all their customers come based on recommendation. They don't advertise. I highly recommended this garage.
Brad and his team are extremely trustworthy, dependable, and kind. I went through a terrible situation after buying a bad car from a dealership, and Brad went above and beyond to help me throughout the process. He also explains everything clearly so I can understand to make the best decision based on what is truly needed, and doesn't take advantage to squeeze out every penny with unnecessary recs, like I have experienced in the past. This is a high quality, FAIR garage with stand up people, that happens to be COMPLETELY invisible, good luck trying to find the front door 😂 I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.
An honest car dealer is worth twice as much as they charge you & Mack’s has been excellent and honest for the 3 years I’ve been using them. They are competent and knowledgeable and always teach me a little every time I take my car in. They never ask me to fix things that aren’t needed & always give me a fair quote. Would recommend them to anyone hands down & never take my car to anyone else. Plus the guys on site are always friendly. A+ on every level.
Recently took my car in. They were able to get me in the day after I called, the repair was done super quickly, the work was good, and the price was reasonable. All the guys were super friendly. Highly recommended and will return for future repairs.
