Isolated hail storm came through my section of town in March of 2025 and did some damage to my shingle roof that caused some water leaks into my living room. A friend gave me Josh's number from Mills Siding and Roofing and he was on my roof the same day for overall assessment and to address the source of the leaks. He advised that my roof took on some pretty good damage from the storm and found sections where the shingles actually lifted and split in half from wind sheer. He advised me to contact my insurance company to have a claims guy come out for inspection. Josh made it a point to come out for the inspection and made sure everything he noticed and notated was also recognized by the insurance adjuster as well. Our insurance claim for a new roof was approved within a day and I know because of Josh's knowledge and keen eye had much to do with a no questions asked approval. If Josh was not there for the inspection, I know I would still be battling with the insurance company today! Once that was done our new roof was installed within 3 weeks. Josh and his crew performed a complete tear off, replaced three 4x8 plywood panels, new felt, ice guard, 2 chimneys fully flashed, and drip edge with new Charcoal dimensional shingles - in ONE DAY! It was impressive. Everyone deserves an experience like this when having work performed on their house! The roof is beautiful with no issues after 4 months now. I also never expected this - I've gotten compliments from people just on a leisurely walk on how great the roof looks! Highly recommend Josh and Mills Roofing!

Josh was wonderful! He worked with our insurance co. and it worked out perfect. The crew was so hardworking and amazing. I never saw them even take a break. The job was done in approx 8 hours and everything was cleaned up perfectly. I would highly recommend Mills Roofing!🤗
