Tom and Andre did an excellent job replacing and installing our new AC unit in just one day, working from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM despite 109 degree Arizona heat. They were friendly, and professional. I appreciated their attention to detail: not only dismantling the old system but completed the installation and also cleaned up thoroughly…. even vacuuming the laundry room baseboards! The process was smooth and stress free. Ask Tom and Andre—they are awesome.
We cannot say enough good things about our experience! When our AC went out, Nick came out late at night without hesitation to help us. He was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain everything so we understood our options. He worked hard to get us a fair and reasonable deal on replacing our unit and made sure the process would be completed as quickly as possible. Before leaving, he even did everything he could to help alleviate the heat in our home while we waited for the new unit to be installed, which meant so much to our family. We also want to give a huge thank you to Noah, who was incredibly helpful every step of the way on the phone also. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist made the entire experience so much less stressful. It's rare to find people who genuinely care about their customers the way they do. We are beyond grateful for their honesty, hard work, and exceptional customer service. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services. Adam was able to diagnose our plumbing issue quite quickly and had a plan from the start. Project was complete within 72 hours, as we had a root system compromise our home clean out in the front yard. Thank you, Adam for being knowledgeable and personable with us during the process
We had a new A/C system from Goettl installed by Abraham Acosta and team. They were very professional and worked nonstop during an extremely hot AZ summer day. Communication was excellent. They were here when they said they would be, and they kept us updated throughout the day. Their work was very neat and clean. Lastly they provided a portable A/C unit in the room that my wife works which helped her and our dogs greatly! It’s great having our A/C back and running better than ever!
