My husband and I chose Hotel Phoenix Atlanta for a two night staycation to celebrate our anniversary weekend, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived on Friday until we checked out on Sunday, we were welcomed with genuine hospitality. Everyone we encountered, including the valet team, front desk, restaurant staff, bellman, and housekeeping, was friendly, professional, and attentive. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rich colors, artwork, and thoughtfully designed spaces create a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere. It honestly felt like we had escaped to another city instead of being just 30 minutes from home. We also loved spending time at Bar Z and Bless Your Heart every day of our stay. The cocktails at Bar Z were excellent, and the rooftop atmosphere at Bless Your Heart was incredible. The live music on both Friday and Saturday evenings added the perfect touch to an already memorable anniversary weekend. Hotel Phoenix Atlanta delivered exceptional service, beautiful accommodations, and an experience that made us want to stay even longer. We left feeling refreshed and have already decided this will be our go to spot for future staycations. Highly recommend!
This was our first time staying here, and although it was a little confusing to find the entrance at first, everything was wonderful once we arrived. We were warmly greeted by the valet and bell desk staff, who made us feel welcome right away. A special thank you to Aaliyah at the front desk during the evening shift. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional, and she truly made our check-in and check-out experience exceptional. Her outstanding customer service was the highlight of our stay. Our room was cozy, modern, and beautifully designed. It faced the train tracks, which my son absolutely loved because he enjoyed watching the trains and hearing them pass by. He did have a small accident and got a nosebleed after bumping into the coffee table, but thankfully he was okay. If you’re a light sleeper or prefer a quieter room, I recommend requesting a room on the opposite side of the tracks. Overall, the excellent service—especially from Aaliyah—made this a 5-star stay. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again!

We ate dinner at Zephyr tonight and Los was our waiter. If I could have given him 20,000 stars I would have. His service was something like we've never had before. My husband and I visit several restarants and this was by far the best. The food OMG outstanding! From the moment we entered the restaurant until our departure everything was stellar. We will definitely be back. Thanks Los for such an incredible experience. We had the Tabasco butter Cornbread, lamp chops, skirt steak, and everything was absolutely amazing.
I stayed here with my family for a staycation which we usually do when we want to take a break from the house for a night and enjoy different parts of the Georgia. This was by the far the best hotel and experience I've had at a hotel out of every one we have stayed here in Georgia. The service was top tier, they gave a lot of attention to my girls and gave them welcome gifts as well which was lovely to see that they also put thought to the kids as well. Everything was in pristine well kept shape and it was walking distance to most of downtown Atlanta. We were able to walk to the aquarium and enjoy it the next day. Jamal and Kat were phenomenal and so friendly, courteous and helpful at the front desk. They both had absolute top notch customer service skills and staff like them add tremendously to the experience of why I'll definitely be back to stay here again.
Got the opportunity to visit Atlanta and stayed here for the night, absolutely loved the experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The service was excellent as well and the location was great right outside of the Mercedes Benz stadium and the State Farm Arena. The terrace and pool area were lovely as well. Once you arrive there’s valet parking only, which took me by surprise but it makes sense due to the location
