If I could give Dr. Allen and her practice 15 stars I would! I am a VERY difficult case. A previous dentist messed up my dental work and she has gone in and is fixing it! I am having a full mouth reconstruction as I ended up having complete bite failure. Could barely eat (only cutting up all food and shoving it in the back of my mouth) I couldn't eat with my front teeth. They were hitting so hard my bottom teeth even when I talked. I was in a lot of pain. AND I have a front tooth implant! (my temporary looks amazing) I'm not even done with my full journey with Dr. Allen and for the first time in my temps I can bite into a sandwich - incredible! Her skill is unmatched, her attention to detail, care, compassion, great communication, fully listens to any of your concerns, explains everything in detail, makes a solid plan of your dental journey. AND my crowns that were done by the previous dentist were done incorrectly. She does excellent WORK! My gums had problems and became sick because of the veneers I had put on violated margins and my gums couldn't breath. I ended up having gum surgery - Dr. Allen recommended - Had it at her practice and now my gums are FULLY restored to their health and feel good. No longer swollen, red, and burning. Even if you end up on a waiting list (which I did) she is WORTH the wait. I'm traveling from Austin to Dallas to be in her expert care. Plus, her assistants are AMAZING! My temporary teeth look amazing! And it's a 100% worth it!!! THANK YOU Dr. Allen and your Team!
It's an exciting process -- I'm about to get a whole new smile. I'm excited to work with Sheena Allen DMD, FACP on this. The office really has their act together, and this is going to be one heckuva journey! Thanks for all you do.

From the first conversation with the receptionists to the dental assistant, to Dr. Allen, I was met with smiles and consideration. Everyone was amazing and I appreciated Dr Allen's council. True class acts.
Dallas Dental Arts is top notch. I started seeing them when I had a dental emergency and have been a happy customer ever since. They do a great job at making the unpleasant dental work more comforable and relaxing. I was worried about dealing with parking when I first visited, but they've got a great set up with an underground lot and validated parking.
Dr. Allen and staff are EXCELLENT! Great craftsmanship by Dr. Allen and excellent service from start to finish from every single staff member in this practice.
