We had a Jim come out and provided an estimate for a mini split unit. We felt very comfortable with his knowledge and the time he took listening to our concerns. They came out Monday to install. The technicians called before they came, explained everything and was very professional from start to finish. We are so pleased with Watkins proactive approach as they called after install and came the next day to make some adjustments. They have been top notch from when we scheduled the appointment through finalizing install.

Great experience from beginning to end. Rob Newcomer came to give us a quote and he was personable, patient, knowledgeable, and sincere. He explained our different options and never pressured us one way or the other. We accepted the bid without looking further. Watkins was the second company we had talked to and felt very confident that this job would be done right. Thomas and the installation crew showed up when they were scheduled and worked tirelessly all day to install our furnace and a/c. They walked us through the job when they were done and made sure we knew how to work the new system. Robert showed within the week to make sure we were happy and to answer any questions. All this work was done before we paid a penny. Just a fantastic experience all the way through. I can't recommend them enough!
Austin performed routine maintenance of our AC to ensure it was working at top efficiency. He did report that the refrigerant was low so I gave him permission to add a pound of refrigerant. We discussed about leak detection service but Austin reported that he didn’t see any obvious leak indications so that service could be deferred but may be needed if the refrigerant is low again the next time. I had a number of questions for Austin who adequately answered all. Austin, who arrived within the scheduled service window, is personable, professional, efficient and considerate of our property. This is the type of personnel and service I greatly appreciate!
We had a mini split install. I originally planned to get multiple quotes but after talking to Watkins I knew I wanted them to do it. They clearly explained every option and helped find a solution in my budget. The install team was courteous and thorough. Afterwards they followed up to make sure everything was as it should be and even brought us a nice gift box. Highly recommend and will use them again!
