Truly disappointing experience to say the least. My case was accepted months ago and I was reassured that it was viable one to pursue even though the other party’s insurance was initially attempting to deny the claim. I was recommended by Disparti to receive very expensive imaging and rehabilitation services on multiple occasions and was told the other insurance company would eventually concede or Disparti would file a lawsuit on my behalf. 3 months after the date of the accident this plan was reiterated, only for my case to be dropped a week later due to (insufficient evidence). All evidence including the police report, pictures and statements was available to the attorney and paralegal (Christy Gandia) from day 1. They misled me into thinking that I had a good case and that they would see it through, only to abandon me with all the medical bills from services that I would not have pursued if not for their recommendation. They left me a VM informing me that my case dropped and I had to call repeatedly and they would not return my calls for several weeks just to request my case file to pursue another firm to represent me. If I had no case they should known this from the beginning instead of kicking the can down the road and leaving me hanging with a potential major financial loss due to medical bills. Just a disgraceful performance and I would give them zero stars if I could.
The intake call were rude, impatient, and lack of understanding of extreme discrimination cases. And siding with the employer I complained about that gave harassment and retaliation. Regardless, I have rights to sexual abuse of an employer. Just because an employer can openly “abuse” does not mean my claim has no merit. Within their open discrimination, they could be discriminating a person with disabilities and openly placing unsafe conditions onto. For civil rights and retaliation. Thank you for wasting my time with your rude call and not allowing to speak. When I reached back out to leave behind the complaint, they did allow and understand. Thank you. Update: when speaking to another I still took the calls as a bit unhelpful. It seem like a lot of agencies, even legal aid are very strict of reporting despite my attempts being within statute of limitations of the complete issue of it all and issues of “disability” and discrimination within that. I felt as if Disparti, told me to kind of let it go to a degree and it were very unhelpful and ruined my day. I hope to never be treated as such going forward and most likely would attempt to do it myself or hire someone if I have the funds to as low income and disproportionated.
