The best contractor I've ever worked with hands down. Most construction crews you have to chase and chase. FDC is the opposite! They are responsible, committed, and work fast, all without oversight. They communicate thoroughly and frequently. The work quality is top notch. And they're extremely ethical. One project came in way under the bid, and they insisted I pay the lower price. I can't say enough about how great it was working with FDC.
