I had a main waterline bust coming into my home. I called them at 8:30 in the morning. They were here by 10 o’clock very professional from dispatch to the Tech and reasonable pricing!
Not only does this company have excellent customer service and flexibility they also have great plumbers and apprentices!!! Xitlaly, Amancio and Bradley were amazing in taking care of my warranty issue!!! They were EXTREMELY professional and friendly! I even took my daughter out to teach her about the plumbing issue that the guts Amancio and Bradley help me understand about! They were patient with my questions! This was my first time using a new home warranty. I wanted to know if they get work from the warranty company and make sure the warranty company pays them! That is important to me that they get paid! An issue like this could have cost around $850 but because of my warranty company it covered it thankfully!!! I HIGHLY recommend this company! I only give 4 stars because we always have something to learn no matter who we are or our age. Room for growth is important!!! Thank you to Mr. Steve and his wife having a great team!!! Before arrival I got a text message with a picture showing the tech that was coming with a brief description. Upon arrival Mario put on shoe covering (A++) we walked through what needed to be done. The process was done in no time. Excellent service.

Came the very next morning after a leak under my sink. Came out to do a free estimate/diagnostic and figured out the issue in less than 5 mins. They were punctual and very informative about how to prevent my issue from occurring again. Because it was a simple fix, there was no fee. Will use them in the future
