I had an accident where my car needed to be repaired (costing roughly $4000). Throne Auto works with my insurance company, therefore I was directed to them for claim repair purposes. My entire experience with this facility was frustrating from start to finish. The men are nice when you speak with them but 1. their hours are not readily available online. They state they are 247 but the office is not. So you never know when they are physically present. 2. Their phone number listed online is either disconnected or when it does ring through the voice box is full. You have zero ability to get a hold of them. 3. I talked with three different men to try to get even a description over email (or even verbal on the phone) of the car repairs and the cost that they were processing and this never came through. Nor did the men seem like they knew how to use the system (supposedly only the owner Dave had the capabilities who had been out sick for a month). Everything about this facility is frustrating and unorganized. Contacting them is impossible, I do not recommend working with them.
Towed and replaced coil packs and plugs on same day. And we were able to travel out of state the next day as planned. Very helpful and recommended!

Unable to provide quotes. I called to get an estimate because Im quote shopping. They don't provide estimates. Even after I explained I understand the disclaimer (they may determine more needs to be done once they look at it) I just want to know how much they charge for the specific repairs with parts and labor; I was refused a price quote. However if you want an estimate done there and decide not to have them fix it, They charge $100......
My friend had a loose bolt on his car so thorn claimed they broke the boat and my friend had to pay the hundred dollars because he broke it so my friend had to pay it that don’t make no sense you ever hear the same you break it you bought it while Thor doesn’t work like that they break it you buy it Not a good place to go to get something tightened. They most likely did not break it but they had to recoup some money so they claim they broke it and he got charged 100 freaking dollars for something he didn’t break Thor broke. That’s not fair. That’s not right that’s Unprofessional.
October 23 around 5:20 PM today. I was driving in the left lane when this incompetent driver of your tow truck without a turn signal cut me off and almost hit me we end up getting off at the same exit. My GPS tells me I need to be in the right lane so I’m merge over and as I’m passing him He goes to merge into me again and almost hits me again You all really need to do better. Your company will never see a penny of my money because of the type of people you employee.
