If you're looking for one of the best bars in Dallas, this is definitely the place to go! The atmosphere is welcoming, the air conditioning keeps the place cool and comfortable, and the restrooms are always clean. The drink selection is outstanding, with something for everyone. A special shoutout to the bartender, RACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ask for him—he's incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and talented. Whether you want a classic cocktail, something unique, or a custom drink made just for you, Race delivers every time with great recommendations and excellent service. The food is just as impressive as the drinks, making this a great spot for dinner, happy hour, or a night out with friends. I also love the variety of seating options, including private seating, bar seating, tables, and comfortable booths, so there's a perfect spot no matter the occasion. Excellent drinks, amazing food, outstanding service, and a comfortable atmosphere—this place has it all. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back!
If you want a no frills dive bar with a fun ambience, this it the place for you. My drink and burger were good. Not amazing, but absolutely nothing to complain about. The dollars on the walls is fun. Our server was a touch slow, but it was a fairly busy night, so it was understandable. They were very nice though. Worth a visit if you're exploring downtown Dallas for an evening.

Cool bar and grill with a good vibe. Stopped in to try this place out and was pleasantly surprised. Tried the cornbread appetizer and so should you. It might be too sweet but you should try it! The footlong chili dog was good. Who doesn’t like a good chili dog? Good music variety playing and a lively place around 9pm on Wednesday. I’ll be back to try this place again.
The yucca fries and Michelada were amazing and great hip vibes, our server Sierra was really nice and mindful of our needs and extremely polite and great to talk to! Would want her to serve me every time I came here! Would totally recommend the place and the server! 💜
If you're looking for the perfect urban cowboy experience, this is it. We stopped in for lunch during our Texas Manifesto Expedition, and it was exactly what we were hoping to find. Great views, a relaxed Texas atmosphere, and food that celebrates the traditions of the state without trying to be something it's isn't. I started with a bowl of Texas chili, and it was outstanding. Rich, deeply flavored, and exactly the kind of chili you hope to find in cattle country. It was the perfect way to start the meal. The setting was just as enjoyable as the food. We were able to sit back, take in the views, and enjoy the feeling of being surrounded by the energy of the rodeo and ranching culture. It struck that perfect balance between authentic Western heritage and a comfortable, modern dining experience. The service was friendly and welcoming, never rushed, and gave us plenty of time to enjoy our lunch before continuing our journey. As we traveled across Texas, we discovered that every region tells its own story through food. This stop fit that story perfectly. It captured the spirit of the cowboy without feeling like a tourist attraction, and that's something I really appreciated. If you're looking for a relaxing lunch with great Texas flavors and one of the best atmospheres around, this is an easy recommendation. We'd gladly stop here again on our next trip through. One question before you post: I couldn't identify which restaurant you meant by "44." Was it Restaurant 44, 97 West Kitchen & Bar, or another spot at the rodeo grounds? Tell me the exact name, and I'll tailor the review to that restaurant.
