I had an issue with my air conditioning unit that was originally installed by another company. Brad with Cincy Air & Heating came out the very same day to inspect the system. He was quick, personable, professional, and truly helpful throughout the entire process. Thankfully, it ended up being a simple fix, but I really appreciated his honesty and excellent customer service. This was one of the best service experiences I’ve had, and I will definitely be calling him again in the future.
Brad was able to work me into an impromptu visit! Not only did he know the problem over the phone he was able to make sure my furnace was up and running before bedtime! Thanks again Brad 10/10 recommend cincy heating and cooling!
Brad is a stand-up gentleman, knowledgeable, and passionate about his expertise. I called him late on a weeknight, and he was able to get to my house well after normal working hours. He diagnosed the problem, talked through the issue to educate me, and fixed my AC unit fast. He’s the first and only call I’ll make in the future for AC maintenance and AC repairs (which I hope I don’t have many!). Thank you Brad!!

Brad was so kind, knowledgeable and efficient! It’s hard to find good honest work nowadays and am so glad we crossed paths, I can’t recommend him enough! We will be reaching out in the fall and asking for him again for a furnace tune up because he was such a pleasure to work with! Thanks again!!
I will never use another heating/cooling company besides Cincy heating & cooling! This was my first time using them and Brad was amazing. He was able to get in to check out our heating unit that wasn't working within an hour or two of me calling. Not only was he prompt, but he was extremely thorough in explaining everything he was looking for and what he thought might be the issue. He fixed the issue that day and also was able to find and solve another unrelated issue (at no cost). You can also tell that they aren't the type of company that's just out to get your money and that they really care about helping their customers. Highly recommend!
