We had a great experience at this hotel! We were in town to see the Predators play at Bridgestone Arena, and just needed a place to stay for one night. I can be very picky about hotels, so I wanted to leave a review for someone like me! We checked in right at 3 on a Friday, and the front desk workers were super friendly and quick. We got to our room and it was very clean and had plenty of room for 3 adults. The shower was huge and had great water pressure, which is always a plus, and the beds were genuinely super comfy. The room was a great value, especially for a hotel in Nashville. The free breakfast was awesome, it had plenty of options (eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy, yogurt, cereal, bagels, toast, juice, coffee) and a waffle making station. I do recommend getting there early, we ate at around 7:30 on a Saturday morning and there was plenty of food and tables to eat at, but when we checked out around 9, we could see the breakfast area was packed. Check out was easy and the worker was once again super nice. I had read a few reviews about some car windows being broken in the parking lot, but we had no issues with that thankfully. We could easily see our car from our room window which was nice. They also lock the front doors after 10 and require a room key to get in the lobby, so that provided some extra peace of mind. It only took us about 20 minutes to get from the hotel into downtown Nashville on a busy Saturday night around 5 PM, and then only 10 minutes to get back around 11 PM. All in all, we had a great time, and I would definitely stay here again!

The front desk associate was very nice and very helpful. They acknowledged that I was a BW member and also acknowledged I had stayed at this location several times before. After being assigned a room initially that has a moldy odor and no remote, they were very apologetic and promptly assigned me another guest room.
I absolutely loved this place! My daughter said she had a punch of fun so she is gonna review it. The hotel was so perfect. I was there for a volleyball tournament and I couldn't be happier about the service. Me and my friends would go to the lobby for things we need and the worker was so nice. His name was Manny and he is an amazing employee. Very caring, kind, and generous. He gave us the best experience. He would keep us company and went above and beyond to make our hotel experience ever! I would definitely go back because of Manny. I love this place!
The room was beautiful, the hotel was clean. However, the mattress and pillows were the most uncomfortable we have ever slept on. Recommend making putting new mattress without the springs poking out and pillows were all harder than rocks. Other than that it was a great stay. Nice, friendly customer Services.
Hotel is okay. The design and materials look cheap, but it works. The bathroom door should have a lock and the sink needs more pressure. Breakfast options were really good. Not a bad hotel, but Best Western Plus is better.
