I had a great experience with David at Lucas County Auto Mechanic. David was knowledgeable and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. His pricing was very reasonable, and he was extremely accommodating — even helping me out with my camshaft issue at 9:30 PM. He also took the time to point out other critical issues with my front left wheel bearing and CV axle. Honest, skilled, and reliable. Highly recommend!
Was charged an outrageous prices by all the “big chain” auto shops around for a throttle body replacement in my 2017 ford escape. Halfway to Ohio from Atlanta it went out and had to get it towed the rest of the way. Dave did it for a much better price, got me in on a Saturday, & did some extra stuff I didn’t even come there for. Definitely recommend

I can't say enough about David. Called him 5:30pm on Sunday, brought my car over to him, test drove then took tires off. Car was jerking back and forth was scary. Found out the control arm I replaced wasn't tighten and was 100% the issue. As little as the issue was it saved me hours of stress, and to do it in the dark on a Sunday night when it's 8 degrees out, I will be forever grateful of this man.

I needed my throttle body and spark plugs changed. The shop I took it too, wanted an absurd amount of money and 5 hours to fix it. I googled mechanics near me and found Dave. He was extremely respectful, knew exactly what he was doing, and asked questions concerning my vehicle. I was so grateful for him. He got my car done in under an hour, and on short notice.
