Great hotel with amazing staff! Dawn is the best! I booked at the Home2Suites across the street for 2 weeks, they messed up my reservation. Called this hotel and Dawn was very helpful! Got me a room for 2 weeks on short notice! I really enjoyed my stay here! The breakfast is amazing, a lot of variety! All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location, the movies is right across the street. Restaurants are all around! You don’t have to go far for anything. Target and Kroger also right across the street. Some people complain about the Mexican restaurant but it didn’t bother me. They play a drum every once in a while but after 9 pm I believe it stops. I’ll be traveling to Cincinnati in the coming months and I’ll definitely be booking here again!

I stayed here with my two special needs children for overnight. They were very accommodating and the hotel was so quiet. My son loved their small indoor pool—it was perfect for us! Breakfast was great and our suite was huge! Very clean—I definitely would stay here again!
Stayed here twice in the past 2 weeks, for a total of 4 nights. This hotel has been beautifully updated recently. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite that was spacious, clean, well stocked with what you need, and even smelled new. Sitting Furniture was also replaced. This hotel is ran by people who seem to care and think of every detail to make it a more comfortable experience. The staff was excellent and kind. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Including healthy options. Location is great being close to everything you need and places to walk to. I recommend visiting Oakley Greens if you have children due to their great outdoor playground but also to grab a beer or drink. My only complaint is this area at times can be loud but if you are there on a weekday it’s quieter for sure. Love this hotel! Will stay here again as we pass through Cincinnati for travel. We are a family and it worked out well for us.
We are here for the Wilkins/DeBerry Family Reunion and we have come from across the country including Hawaii. We have been met with the utmost hospitality. Andrew on the desk took the time to help me with my laundry needs. Kesha, Dawana, and Rhoda are Johnny on the spot with the great breakfast meal working with a team effort. Our suite was also exceptional. I can't say enough good about this venue.
