Friendly service! Techs explained everything so I could understand, and they were not pushy. I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC/plumbing needs! Armor Air even provided me a detailed invoice going over their findings that I could use in reference to my inspection report from buying the home. The system I was given had a few issues, and Richard was able to explain thoroughly how best to meet the specific needs. I appreciate the education and empowerment they gave me for something I have little familiarity with.
I want to thank Chad and John for their professionalism, knowledge and wisdom on installing the furnace and AC. Chad went above and beyond to build a box for the return air (btw Chad you're right my furnace system should be in a magazine). John done a wonderful job as well. Even though it was upsetting to know I needed a new furnace on Thursday both of you made me laugh today and made it more tolerable. I also give thumbs up to Levi and Casey. This is our 3rd visit from what I consider to be The Super Crew of Service for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, whatever your need. Sean & Perry were kind, professional and worked non-stop to complete what in essence was a Double, Same Day job for us. Our Townhome was exposed to allot of dirt & dust for several months during the community construction. We also found out that drywall cutting was done inside our home, adding even more debri during the build. Now that we are in our 2nd Winter for this home, we encounterd sore throats & nasal irritation from the extremely dry air & little to no humidity. Armor Air knocked out both those issues in one visit, and for a really competitive price. They installed a highly reviewed AprilAire, whole home Humidifier, along with an industrial level cleaning of our air duct system on all three levels of our Townhome. This also included a thorough cleaning of the interior walls & moving parts of our furnace. All told, I feel like I truly received The V.I.P. Treatment. Lastly, there was no pressure from Armor Air, no annoying suggestive sell. Just knowledgeable, genuinely caring folks who offer a variety of service options & competitively-priced solutions for your needs. And here's the clincher, while performing the install of our Humidifier, Sean found a gas leak in the main pipe leading into the furnace! He didn't shut the job down, nor made a big issue with it. As a courtesy & kindness, he just fixed it! Now that's Full-Service & a much appreciated consideration for the safety of my family. ABOVE & BEYOND! That's what you get with Armor Air. These dudes should be wearing Super Hero capes when they show up. There's NOTHING They Can't Handle!
Tyree & Carson were exceptionally great. They came in & went right to work. They had my furnace running in no time at all. They were both very professional & informative, they explained everything to me. I was really impressed with Carson, as he said he was new at Armor Air. He is very knowledgeable. Both guys did an outstanding job. They really made my day!! Thank You!
Contacted Armor Air late on a Monday with a non-emergency, and they were here early on Tuesday. Technician Tyler was amazing. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was very detailed when explaining the issue. Very polite, very informative, and his diagnosis was spot on. Received a call from Erik to check on our experience within minutes. Great follow up and customer service. Had a 2nd tech, Casey, come to do some further equipment specific testing and complete the repairs. Also very polite and informative. Not a single problem. Even though it was a more involved problem than I had hoped for, it was handled professionally with everything discussed up front. Will call again for any needs.
