Armor Air

I highly recommend Armour Air as I have used them a few times now. Also when calling to schedule an appointment I have either had a same or the next day depending on my availability. Today, I had Max as my technician come out because of a condensation overflow leak. He was very knowledgeable and gave me different options on what I could do. He cleaned out my drain pipes. He also noticed my coil was dirty so he cleaned that to create better air flow so my system will run more efficiently!

Our technician Shaun showed up on time, was professional and friendly, but what impressed us most were his technical knowledge and communication skills. He inspected our AC both inside and out, made a few adjustments for pressure which improved performance, cleaned the outside unit, found a small leak and fixed it. He gave an accurate summary of what else may need to be done and how soon and the approx costs. He followed up with an email detailing his findings. Later in the day the owner phoned me to ensure all my questions were addressed and I felt well served, while taking care not to pressure me. Armor Air is a professional business from top to bottom and we will be using them again when needed.
