I want to give a sincere thank you to Stanley, Miami Valley Community Action Partnership, and the installation team for the work completed at my home. Stanley installed a new air handler system, both inside and outside, as well as a new water heater. The main installer I worked with was Jim, and he was excellent. Ibrahim and another younger gentleman whose name I unfortunately cannot remember were also part of the crew, and everyone was professional, respectful, and hardworking. After the water heater was installed, there was an issue where it was not heating properly. Stanley came back out, checked everything carefully, confirmed that something had tripped, double-checked the wiring, and got it working correctly. I really appreciated that they took the time to make sure the problem was resolved and that the system was safe and functioning as it should. I am very grateful to God that we were able to get this work done. These improvements are a major blessing for my family and our home. I am also very thankful to Stanley and to Miami Valley Community Action Partnership for helping make this possible. The whole experience was a reminder that there are still people and organizations doing meaningful work to help families in the community. I selected Stanley HC&P because of the 5-star rating they have on Google and will say they lived up to that. HVAC was down for 2 weeks, tried going through my home warranty but was denied coverage. Took them 10-days to get someone out there only to be told "No". Called up Stanley, had a service tech over the next day,

I appreciated the text saying our technician was on the way and gave me his name. Dave arrived at the beginning of our window of time and easily found the issue with our unit and made the repair. He also showed me what I can do each season so it doesn’t happen again. He also gave me some recommendations with vents to help one room get more airflow. Great quick service on a non-emergency call. Will use again.
The Stanley team was professional, polite and hard working. I am a single mom and I always felt comfortable and safe in my home while they were here. They went above and beyond with our HVAC system when it became more complicated that initially expected.
From Denise in the front office, to Jim, whose knowledge and expertise was above and beyond! But a special thanks to Duncan, and Abraham for a job well done. They were professional, hardworking, and genuinely kind. My house is old so it wasn’t an easy install! They made it work and were sure to clean up and not leave any mess for me.
