Nathan D & Micheal L are amazing! First, I called at 9:48pm, the representative was swift with helping me make an appointment the call only took 10 minutes. My appointment was set for 8:00 a to 12:00p. Promptly received a call at 8:05a from Nathan informing he was on the way. About 35 minutes, he arrived and he was ready to tackle any issue. The customer side of the water main had snapped. Nathan explained the two options and provided his expertise. He even provided insight that help weigh in the age of my house and the evidence that showed there had been previous fixes prior to my purchase of this house. I was able to felt confident in my choice! Nathan did call for back up, which is when Micheal showed up. A complete water line replacement was done, this included shovel trench digging, new pipe fitting, and clean up! ((Same day!)) They went above and beyond trying to making the yard look as nice as possible for it to be recently dug up. Thank you guys for being amazing!!!
Jeffrey provided Great service. He informed me of everything he needed to do and what if any thing needed to replaced or serviced. Overall I had to spend about 500 dollars but hopefully it was money well spent to make sure I have hear and air for years to come. Thank you Jeffrey for all your help!

When water showed up on a weekend and panic set it. I was able to easily schedule a next day plumber online. They came and quickly got an estimate for the issue. Once I agreed to the work things moved quickly with great communication. While this is a much bigger job than I assumed it would be when I first saw the water. The professionalism and quick response from Ragsdale has made this stressful situation easier to maneuver. I’m grateful that out of all the local plumbers I chose Ragsdale to be the ones to look at this. Because I feel like I am in good hands.
I am happy I decided to contact Ragsdale for my plumbing issue. I had a major leak in my kitchen. I booked an online appointment with another company. Five minutes later I received a call and they cancelled my appointment and wanted to reschedule for the next day. They claimed that they didn't have a technician available. When water is flooding your kitchen, that is not what you want to hear. So I did an online booking with Ragsdale a few minutes later. I also called to verify the appointment. The representative was very responsive and courteous. The plumber, Blake Wright, was prompt, courteous and explained the problem and resolution to my husband and I. He thoroughly checked all water lines to make sure we didn't have any other issues. The other company has lost our business and Ragsdale will now be the company to service our home! Thank you for doing a great job and changing a Panic to a Relief!
Josh was kind, informative and did a great job, very helpful! Highly recommend Ragsdale if you need something done. They were even able to get my hot water heater replaced same day! Price was reasonable, smooth process.
