This inn is such a cute, out of the norm place for Mason. It is very well maintained and the whole facility is really clean. Our room was well stocked and had a cozy little fireplace in the corner and a view of the garden. The owner is such a sweet person and we had a wonderful conversation in the lobby. 10/10 will be staying here again in the summer.
What a delightful and charming inn! We stayed over night with two other couples and throughly enjoyed our stay. David and his mother were very welcoming to us. The breakfast was outstanding. The house we ate in was full of history that David shared with us. We recommend this inn, especially if you are looking for a place that is not the traditional motel atmosphere!
We've stayed here numerous times and we've never been disappointed! Clean, comfortable room; easy check-in and staff are friendly and welcoming. Location a bit off the main drag but close to the main roads and interstates for getting around quite easily.

We visited the Kirkwood for our second time as part of a bicycling trip along the Little Miami Trail. Once again, the place proved to be a delight. It is a non-chain motel run by extremely friendly and accommodating people. Besides its proximity to bike trails it is also convenient to the Kings Island area attractions and a great variety of restaurants less than 10 minutes away. The breakfast is a very nice buffet with a wide choice of hot and cold items including fruit and pastries. Both the guest rooms and the historic breakfast house are filled with wonderful wood furnishings, everything is clean and well maintained, and the place was very quiet. Everyone in our group felt they slept as well here or better than at home! Last but not least, if the weather is OK and you want to spend some time out of the room, you can find beauty and tranquility in the expansive gardens on the property where there are places to sit and chat, or just think. This is a true gem for this part of Ohio .
Have stayed several times over the years. Always super-clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast is tasty and set in charming atmosphere. Sandy is a lovely host!
