Gavin came out promptly and was patient with my inquiries and thorough in his responses. Our installation began in a very reasonable time and they installed 2 systems over 2 days back to back. The installers, Stephen, Mitch, and David were very professional and knowledgeable. When we ran into an unforeseen problem, the technicians went out of their way and drove 2 hours to get the required part to ensure we had a new system the same day! I would highly recommend Bakers for anyone looking for a personal touch by a professional team!
Gavin came to my house on a maintenance/tune-up call for furnace and A/C related to a home buyer inspection. He patiently and very professionally answered all my questions. It really felt like he was taking care of my HVAC system like it was his. After his visit, he emailed me a very detail report of what he did. The service was awesome and at very reasonable price. I was very nervous about needed repair on my VERY OLD FURNACE. There was a tin piece on the front of this old furnace that said to contact BAKERS. And I'm so glad I did.David Towe came out to help me. He was very calming and kind. He had the know how to make miracles happen! My animals and I were very grateful. I strongly recommend Bakers and especially David, who came in with confidence and good humor to calm us all down and get the job done....perfect.
