Multiple interactions with top-notch guest services. Personable, attentive, helpful...especially Amanda who must have gone home thinking that she met the most dysfunctional travelers on the road that day. Very clean everywhere; nearly immaculate. Breakfast was of a higher quality than typical expectations, I especially enjoyed the swiss/spinach quiche. Biscuits and gravy were very popular. Good, strong, flavorful coffee! The eating area kept clean and tidy during breakfast service. Climate control actually allows you to cool your room down for a good night's sleep. The only minimal hiccups during our stay were that the first room had some lights flashing inside the AC/heat unit; we were immediately moved to a different room. ..the shower had two shampoo dispensers and missing body wash; this too was immediately addressed. I saw some minimal grunge where the shower base meets the floor in a corner. MINIMAL
A+++! We had an absolutely amazing stay! We were here for my son‘s final high school basketball tournament and I had mentioned it to the front desk. They made him a nice card and left it in the room. It put a huge smile on his face. He’s going to keep that forever. What a wonderful sentiment. They went over and above to make his experience special. Amazing staff - highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic service, very kind, friendly, and helpful. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom well-appointed. Breakfast had the typical nice range of options. We stayed there at the end of a birthday celebration, and they acknowledged that occasion with a few treats.
We left another hotel nearby due to the condition of the hotel. As soon as we walked in, we met Estrela who was amazing from the second we walked in. We were hopeful to find a room and she found us one- on a very busy weekend (graduation, a race, and a volleyball tournament). Aside from that, the hotel is immaculate, comfortable, and clean. Many of our parents moved their families from the first hotel and we all had the same experience. Thanks, Estrela, for being so kind and accommodating!
We booked this hotel for a mini vacation to explore parts of Michigan. Walking in the hotel was very clean and quiet. Arika checked us in and she is the SWEETEST and very friendly. She gave our littles a ballon, a jumping frog & a little puzzle to put together. Highly recommend this hotel.
