If you’re looking to have a good time and I am not referring loud obnoxious activities, steer clear from here! Had to cancel on daughters birthday because I was told I will check to see how many kids are here and so many restrictions and limitations were slapped on us. No cake could be taken to rooms and if they had to clean up even one ballon they would charge additional $250.00. I canceled and my daughter and her 3 friends, including myself opted to stay at The Embassy suites, which is highly recommended if you want to enjoy hotel amenities and great customer service over this place. Breakfast was better than what they serve here as well. Lost a client for life for not being professional and respectful and accommodating! Especially when I take care of rooms I rent as if it were my own home! I don’t leave messes for housekeeping and I leave tips on room table or counter when I check out for housekeepers. Sucks but great lesson learned! Steer clear folks! There’s better, bigger, fancier hotels who actually value you, your guest and your money!
I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction regarding several troubling incidents that occurred during our recent stay at your hotel with my daughter and her father. From the outset of our visit, we were subjected to what we perceived as targeted scrutiny and unfair treatment by a front desk employee named Yvonne. We received multiple phone calls to our room, during which Ms. Yvonne alleged that other guests were lodging noise complaints against us. These accusations were particularly perplexing, as our family was engaged in quiet activities within our room, such as watching movies and eating pizza, at the times these complaints were supposedly made. We firmly assert that our activities did not generate noise levels that would reasonably warrant such interventions. Furthermore, Ms. Yvonne's conduct extended beyond telephone calls. We observed her actively monitoring our movements throughout the hotel, creating an intrusive and uncomfortable atmosphere. This persistent oversight felt disproportionate and highly targeted. Adding to our discomfort, we noted a specific guest, whom Ms. Yvonne identified as a "regular," frequently passing by our room. His repeated presence outside our door, combined with Ms. Yvonne's remarks, led us to believe our family was under unwarranted surveillance. The cumulative effect of these interactions left us feeling profoundly uncomfortable, unwelcome, and unfairly singled out. The disparity in the enforcement of hotel policies was particularly striking and deeply concerning. In stark contrast to the continuous interventions directed at our family, we observed numerous other guests engaging in significantly louder activities without any apparent repercussions. This included a large outdoor gathering with grilling and a boisterous birthday celebration at the pool area. Moreover, we witnessed a conspicuous gathering in the lobby involving alcoholic beverages upon our departure, which also seemed to go unaddressed by hotel staff, including Ms. Yvonne. This selective enforcement was exacerbated by my advanced stage of pregnancy (eight months). Being repeatedly compelled to descend from the third floor to the first floor to address what felt like baseless and trivial complaints, while more apparent disturbances were ignored, was physically and emotionally taxing. The implication that our quiet family activities were disturbing Ms. Yvonne's "regulars," while significant public disturbances were overlooked, is entirely unacceptable. I consider the treatment we received to be unjust, discriminatory, and a stark example of unprofessional conduct on the part of your hotel staff, particularly Ms. Yvonne. This experience severely detracted from what should have been an enjoyable family getaway, and it falls far below the standards one would expect from a reputable establishment. I urge you to conduct a thorough investigation into these matters.

I have stayed in many hotels over the years and this hotel is at the top of my list. The GM and front desk staff are kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious. You can tell the owners took great care in constructing this property. It's beautifully laid out. My favorite part about the property is how well upkept and clean everything is. The bathroom and overnight room still looked brand new. Don't hesitate to use this property for your personal or business travels. I'll be back.
I would like to say, this was the best experience I’ve ever had booking a hotel where I didn’t have any issues. I have had horrible luck in the past with booking hotels and not meeting the standard, but this location, this location is for sure a 5/5. The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the location is near several shops and restaurants, and it is right by the main highway, so you have several other options to go to for food and venture around. The one thing I would say it would not be appealing for some is the actual location of the hotel. The hotel is right by the highway, so you do kind of hear it but it is not too bad (if you’re not a light sleeper). Another thing I would say it could be an issue but to me it was not a big one, was my neighbors were loud past 0300 hours one of the nights I stayed there. I booked this hotel for the Arnold Weekend so I was expecting to see the place be packed and loud customers could be an issue but it was not too bad. Parking was very open and easy to access, even though they share it with Buffalo Wild Wings. Overall, it was a very good stay and would definitively stay there again.
I reserved 3 rooms for my family who were arriving from out of town for a family function. Made the reservation six months out and specifically reserved 2 of the 3 rooms as accessible. (Have proof of the confirmed reservation denoting two king accessible rooms) Two of my family members have serious physical limitations. A traditional hotel room is extremely unsafe for said family. The property failed to provide the accessible accommodations as promised; jeopardizing the safety and well being of my family members. Contacted the hotel several times over the weekend and they have yet to respond. They didn’t even bother to explain to my family, when they were checking in, as to why they failed to keep them safe and not honor the original reservation.
