This shop was so quick and efficient with my surprise Prius repair while on a road trip to Toledo. They made a bad situation so much better with their attention to detail, kindness and expertise! What a surprise to find out one of the mechanics worked at a Toyota dealership for years. Very trustworthy, and they saved the day by giving me and my kids a ride to where we were going. Thanks again to David.

Very unprofessional. I have been doing business with these guys for at least 3 years. I specifically asked for Julius and I asked him specifically is there any thing you guys dont do? He responded no body work. I ask again, is there anything else? He responds we only dont do body work. I paid a tow truck 100 to drop off my car and David had a whole problem because my car didn't have a battery( FYI I struggled for a battery previously) then I was called the next day and was told I have to come get my car and I only have 3 days at the most because they dont do engine work and his boss has clientele and im taking up space. Never again. The one Caucasian manager moved to Columbus or Cleveland 3 years ago. He was a good man. Julius and his crew are not to be trusted. Then I called the second day to ask if he could remove a rubber flap covering my vin number so I could get my out of state vehicle registered with the state.( i got my car towed because I had no license plate and I had to spend my battery money) he said he was gonna call back. He never did the 3rd day i went to get it and I asked him how much he's gonna charge me. I got look at it and there's nothing done. He then proceeds to keep arguing with me over the phone talking over me and over and definitely wasn't listening to what I had to say. He just kept talking over me constantly I couldn't get one sentence out. Very unprofessional. Ill trust a backyard mechanic before I go back here to the Jefferson location or monroe period!
They didn’t finished the work that was talked about I ask them after the inspection of my car and was told thing were wrong coolant resin or was brand new ,left headlight wasn’t working they didn’t fix air conditioner was to be fixed didn’t do heater was to be fixed didn’t do wiper blades not replaced. Headlights replace bulbs for low and high beam didn’t fix that , replace brake fluid front crank seal seeping didn’t fix that. Oil pan leak didn’t fix that,parking brack cable rusted though and snapped didn’t replace got a rear driveshaft with center baring failure bought a drive shaft for the rear and told me the diff bushing didn’t come with the driveshaft and spent 1,701.53 cent on a drive shaft without bushing then charge me 648. More when we had discuss the whole price with ALL the repairs done to tune of 2500 to 3500 not so going to see better business and a lawyer
