Would give 10 ⭐️ if I could! From the start, the salesperson was so helpful and the communication was spot on- no chasing or tracking people down. The installation was done faster than expected and they worked in the hottest days of the summer. Our project manager Tommy was fantastic. Good contractors are worth their weight in gold. These guys are top notch people all the way around. Thank you!
Huge shout out to Mcclellands for busting their butts today to get our roof replaced. We can’t thank yinz enough! The whole process went smoothly from start to finish. The communication from Jesse, Chris, and the rest of the crew that we received was also top tier. We are extremely pleased with our new roof and especially grateful for McClelland’s professionalism and skilled craftsmanship.

Contracted with McClellands to do a total exterior facelift of my country home. Roof, siding, windows, doors and downspouts. Home was originally a half-log siding with full log corners. The team completed an entire overhaul of the home in a period of 2 months. All materials and products that were suggested in the initial proposal process turned out to be even better than I originally expected. Every member of the team was easy to work with and johnny-on-the-spot with any fixes or alterations that needed to be done as the project progressed. All the project leaders were always available, courteous and knowledgeable of all the nuances expected with such a large undertaking. Rick - Sales Nick/Ryan - Project Management Rob/Jason - Project Supervisors Dwayne/Anderson/David/Bill/RJ - Installers Project came in on budget and on time even with a number of changes that were made on my part throughout the process. Everyone really knew their job and demonstrated a level of professionalism I come to expect as a former business and construction company owner myself. Great job overall and I’d highly recommend reaching out to McClellands for your next home project. Thank you to everyone that worked some long days to make this project a reality this past summer!
We were very happy with the services provided, from the original contact with Jason when we did the walk down of the work that we wanted done he was very professional and upfront with us. He went out of his way to explain everything in detail and provided different options. The work was to replace all of the soffit, facia, downspout and to install leaf guards. There was never any time where we felt pressured. The installation project manager Dustin and the crew lead Dave we're also very professional as well. Dustin called the week prior to give us a preliminary window and also called the night before the work started. He gave us a heads up that they would like to park their work trailer and scrap dumpsters in the driveway. Dustin was here every day and made himself available for any questions that we had. The work crew was very respective of the area where they were working. None of my landscaping were damaged and the site was cleaned up every day before they left. The crew lead Dave made sure that before his crew left on the last day that I walked down their work making sure that there wasn't any issues or problems before they were done and removed their work trailer. All in all we were very satisfied with every aspect of the work performed. I would have them come back again for any new project that we would have. In fact they are doing some work at my son's and daughter in laws home.
Let’s see… I told Jay I was gonna use AI to write him and his guys a review but I decided not to because I think this is one of those times where I believe speaking from the heart will go further. The project manager Jay and his crew were assigned to my house/roof. I currently live in Georgia and booked a flight a month in advance to be onsite during the process. As I boarded the plane I get a call from Jay. He’s polite, respectful, and welcoming. He tells me Pittsburgh is calling for rain the next day (the scheduled day of installation) and that we’ll have to possibly reschedule for the following day, a Saturday. I said no problem, I’ll be there all weekend so whatever works, lets make it happen. Shortly after he calls again and advises that Saturday looks even worse and that Monday (Memorial Day) will be ideal because the weather will be perfect. I was kinda bummed out after hearing that news and I completely understood when you book things that far out things happen, including the weather. I land in Pittsburgh 2 hours later and Jay calls back and says we’re just gonna get out there tomorrow and do our best to make it happen and get as much knocked out before any storms hit. I said great! If you think it’ll work let’s make it happen! Jay and his guys got out there at the crack of dawn and started going to work! By noon half the roof was done. The storms kept getting closer and Jay was monitoring the radar even closer. His guys knew it was about to hit and the clock was counting down. That didn’t phase them. They just stayed focused at the task at hand. Right when the sky started to fall out they were nailing down the last shingles to the ridge vent. Perfect timing. There were several times I had questions and concerns throughout the installation. Jay reassured me, Jay stood by his work, and was unbothered by anything. When the job was completed Jay politely asked me if I’d like to go over the roof to make sure everything was up to my satisfaction. I said, “well It’s a little wet and cold out but let’s give it a look.” This is the part where probably most contractors anticipate the least… The part where the homeowner is a general contractor and is going to pick apart every single detail. Jay knew this going into the job. Did it bother him? No. Why? Because he’s completely confident in himself, his guys, and the quality of work that McClellands Roofing say they stand behind. Needless to say I was quite impressed by the quality of work and even more so by everyone’s work ethic. Clean up was a group effort. Not and piece of shingle scrap nor a single nail was left behind. When I need another roof I’m not going to get multiple quotes. I’m just going to make one phone call.
