We were very happy with the services provided, from the original contact with Jason when we did the walk down of the work that we wanted done he was very professional and upfront with us. He went out of his way to explain everything in detail and provided different options. The work was to replace all of the soffit, facia, downspout and to install leaf guards. There was never any time where we felt pressured. The installation project manager Dustin and the crew lead Dave we're also very professional as well. Dustin called the week prior to give us a preliminary window and also called the night before the work started. He gave us a heads up that they would like to park their work trailer and scrap dumpsters in the driveway. Dustin was here every day and made himself available for any questions that we had. The work crew was very respective of the area where they were working. None of my landscaping were damaged and the site was cleaned up every day before they left. The crew lead Dave made sure that before his crew left on the last day that I walked down their work making sure that there wasn't any issues or problems before they were done and removed their work trailer. All in all we were very satisfied with every aspect of the work performed. I would have them come back again for any new project that we would have. In fact they are doing some work at my son's and daughter in laws home.
Contracted with McClellands to do a total exterior facelift of my country home. Roof, siding, windows, doors and downspouts. Home was originally a half-log siding with full log corners. The team completed an entire overhaul of the home in a period of 2 months. All materials and products that were suggested in the initial proposal process turned out to be even better than I originally expected. Every member of the team was easy to work with and johnny-on-the-spot with any fixes or alterations that needed to be done as the project progressed. All the project leaders were always available, courteous and knowledgeable of all the nuances expected with such a large undertaking. Rick - Sales Nick/Ryan - Project Management Rob/Jason - Project Supervisors Dwayne/Anderson/David/Bill/RJ - Installers Project came in on budget and on time even with a number of changes that were made on my part throughout the process. Everyone really knew their job and demonstrated a level of professionalism I come to expect as a former business and construction company owner myself. Great job overall and I’d highly recommend reaching out to McClellands for your next home project. Thank you to everyone that worked some long days to make this project a reality this past summer!

We had large scale projects that were long overdue; new roof, siding, windows, etc. We preferred to work with one contractor for the ease of communication and coordination; and they support veterans! McClellands came through as we had hoped. Brooke and Jason are THE best to work with! They were straight forward, easy to work with, and delivered on their promises. They were always attentive to our needs, continued to follow up with us throughout the entire project, and even after all work is done are still following up to ensure we are satisfied with the completed work. These were big upgrades for any house, and they take time and patience on both sides. My wife and I are very pleased with the outcome.
My recent experience with McClellands exceeded my expectations. They installed our roof 2 years ago and they were the first I called to handle our new siding. Jason was an excellent sales rep to work with, and explained all of the options we could install. His expertise helped us decide on the perfect option. Dustin was our PM and his communication was awesome. He walked us through the process of install and confirmed the scope of work to be done. He was on site and made sure that everything was done properly. The team of installers lead by Ezekiel took great care of our home and their craftsmanship was second to none. Another job well done by the McClellands team and highly recommend them!
We had three roofing companies come out to give us a quote. After having a lengthy and educational discussion with Brock McClelland, we decided to go with McClellands Contracting and Roofing. Brock talked about the proper method of having a roofing system installed and not just replacing shingles. We had an attic fan that was no longer working and requested a ridge vent to be installed in its place. Unknowingly, we thought the ridge vent would solve the problem of having excessive heat on the second floor and in the attic. Brock pointed out that the soffit wasn't open to the attic space, resulting in zero airflow. With their system, they would install intake vents about 2-3 feet from the gutters to allow fresh air to enter and then exit out the ridge vent. Brock also recommended sealing off the gable vents so any air coming in those access points wouldn't dirty up the airflow. Rob Stevens, our Project Manager, was awesome. He contacted us to set up a day and time that worked for us, had his crew on-site at 7:00am, thoroughly reviewed the project, double checked that all of the materials were delivered including the correct shingles, and suggested painting the roof vent pipes and chimney cap so they matched the flashing and drip edges. The crew worked hard all day in some extreme temperatures. They protected the property from debris, cleaned up like they were never there, and replaced yard decorations and landscape lighting. If that wasn't good enough, Rob returned the next morning and personally wiped down the gutters to give that final touch to complete the job. All of that being said, if you are looking for a respectful, responsible, detail focused, knowledgeable, and hard-working company and team to work on you next project, we would HIGHLY recommend McClellands Contracting and Roofing. You will not be disappointed.
