We can’t say enough great things about Sentral SoBro! The apartments are so comfortable, well equipped and within walking distance to many downtown attractions. The “sky lounge” provided a nice change of scenery plus a pool table, vending machine and ice. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and accommodating even with the huge influx of Nashvillians seeking a warm place to stay during the widespread power outages. We had a drainage issue that was handled in a timely manner by the helpful maintenance staff. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will recommend Sentral SoBro to family and friends visiting in the future!
This place has been a lifesaver during the storm. A safe warm refuge for us and our pups while the power is out. The front desk staff has been so warm and caring and helpful, and maintenance immediately responsive to a sink issue. We are very grateful for how we have been treated during our necessary stay.

This was the most professional and exceptional service I’ve ever received during a “hotel” stay. The entire staff is exceptional and friendly. Especially while having to deal with people during a crisis. I was anxious and my plans were ever changing due to the power outage. These ladies (I encountered 4 of them) were always helpful, friendly, showed urgency and professionalism. I can’t say enough how grateful I am. I look forward to staying here again. Thank you!
We thought the place was great until they locked us out of our room before our check-out time. When we went to the front desk, there was no one there when they were supposed to open at 10. We missed our brunch reservation and have been missing half our stuff for over an hour. AS I’M WRITING THIS, SOMEONE STILL HAS NOT SHOWN UP TO THE FRONT DESK. There are multiple groups of people waiting at this point.
Start off with what's great: walkable. The location is great, short walks to the Gulch and to Broadway. Now onto the rest. Service is fine, no complaints. Nothing above and beyond, nothing bad. The place seems understaffed to me, having only one person working the front desk has to be hard on the workers and the guests. The check in / out system could use some work. The rooms are decently clean and spacious. The water pressure is non-existant and some of the lights didn't work, the lamps specifically in our room would flicker anytime something in the room moved. If you want something walkable this might be a good option but don't expect anything above and beyond.
