Wow. Michael Hill turned down representing our family member when I reached out about issues from bedsores from not repositioning every 2 hours and neglect at Windsor House at Canfield, yet I read that he is representing a family whose loved one died there from a terrible bedsore. Even though our family member had the same type of exposed bone bedsore and a broken back from negligence, he wasn't at all interested because he wouldn't make enough profit. He claims that he cares about elderly abuse and neglect, but only if it is financially beneficial to him. My family member suffered a fate worse than death from the terrible treatment at Windsor at Canfield. I would caution the family that hired him to be careful, if at any point it doesn't seem profitable enough, he will drop them.
