I do not recommend this office. I have been dealing with a billing issue since my first visit in October 2025 — over 8 months — and it has yet to be resolved. I was overcharged for my FIRST visit and have been trying to get a refund ever since. Every time I call, I'm told the billing person is unavailable and that someone will call me back. I have never once received a call back. The office claims they mailed two checks, and that the second one was cashed??? Which makes no sense to me. This is beyond frustrating. I recently moved to Phoenix and was genuinely relieved to finally find a primary care provider. But after this experience, I have completely lost trust in this office. A simple billing correction should not take 8+ months, countless unanswered calls, and zero follow-through. If you want to avoid a major headache, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Dr. Khalil was recommended to me. It took quite a while to get in, but I expected to be that way anytime you’re a new patient. The problem is even as an established patient if you can really hard to get into three weeks out four weeks out, and then he only wants to focus on what he wants to focus on. My previous doctor had done scans on my abdomen. I had gallstones. He also did not want the previous Imaging that I had had done that I had already paid for.I was having repeated pain, but when I explained the pain to him, he dismissed it and said it sounded like something muscular. I wanted to send me for a different type of scan on my liver because my liver enzymes were high. Most likely my liver enzymes were high because of the gallbladder issue. Here I am now four days in the hospital had to have my gallbladder removed. There was a gallstone the size of a golf ball that have been causing all my pain. Now it’s even worse because of the surgery and how progressed the disease was the surgery was more difficult than it should have been. On a separate issue, I end up being hospitalized because my potassium was too low. I am super glad that he caught that with the routine blood work that he did, however, after I got out of the hospital and started feeling like it was happening again the quickest I could get in to see him was just about a month away. I ended up paying To have my blood work drawn again, a few times just to check the levels cause I couldn’t even get in touch with him. Either he doesn’t have time or he doesn’t care. I’m not sure which. Either way I wouldn’t recommend this doctor for anybody.

Dr. Khalil is a wonderful doctor. I see he care about his patients. And his patients care about him. He has diagnoses my father before the specialist does. Yes I see why everyone tells me to go see Dr. Khalil. He is a great doctor and I would recommend him to anyone I know. Thank you Dr. Khalil.❤️
Zero stars for this clinic . My father went to the ER for kidney pain during the weekend , they told him to follow up with his doctor . My father went to his appt with this so called doctor on Monday, he didn’t even want to read the discharge papers or talk about my father’s symptoms. No help, no treatment plan, no referrals , he did nothing to help my father. He was treated terrible . Never will my father go to this clinic again.
I’ve been with Dr Khalil for several years and the appts always seem rushed but I will give him the understanding he has shown regarding my anxiety at times. I’m so so so upset that I called multiple times and had to leave multiple messages asking to see him right away. I did not receive ONE phone call. I’m like in a crisis right now and I lost my job today because of what’s going on with my health. Also, my medication was never approved and I called multiple times telling them my pharmacy needed to hear from him. I even went in person today and waited out there an hour to see what’s going on, but I guess their closed Wednesday’s, but I have no idea because the hours of operation aren’t on the door.. Also, there was a time my ear was so clogged it was freaking me out. I just went to him to get a referral. well, he insisted they do it in house.. which he does a lot .. they did a lavage and basically just pushed warm water in my ear to flush it out. Some did some out but i felt a piece of it went further into my ear. He told me to put ear drops in my ear and come back if I needed to… I had to insist with the front desk that I see a special .. he finally gave me a referral .. I then found out at the office I had a severe sinus passage issue that was pushing too much wax into my ears I had to get a get a procedure…… anyways I’m seeing a new Dr tomorrow. If you have chronic illness this place isn’t the best..
