My friend recommended trying this place during my visit to atl. They gave us complimentary black eyed peas poppers… very tasty. I had the lamb shank which was pretty good but very fatty. The Mac was a little bland on the fried chicken plate. Overall everyone thought the good was decent but not that memorable. Would recommend giving it a try though.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a Level 7 Google Local Guide, I’ve experienced a wide range of restaurants, and this one clearly stands out. This Michelin-designated restaurant (two years in a row) delivers a true farm-to-table experience that is both intentional and elevated. The surrounding area is in the midst of a beautiful urban renewal, which adds to the overall experience and energy of the location. Tim was an exceptional server—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely engaging without being intrusive. The food was outstanding. I had the oxtails, and they were absolutely delicious. The portion was just right, and the subtle basil undertone added a unique and delightful layer of flavor. My wife had the fried chicken—a half chicken that was perfectly prepared and equally impressive. The details throughout the restaurant are what truly set it apart. The artwork is original and thoughtfully curated, giving the space a distinct boutique feel. Even the restrooms reflected intentionality and care—very clean, with lavender-scented 100% terry cotton refreshment towels (a unique and elevated touch) and Meyers hand soap. Small details like this make a big impression. This is a one-of-a-kind boutique eatery at its best—where quality, atmosphere, and detail all come together seamlessly. To top it off, there is a free parking deck available for patrons, which makes the experience even more convenient. Highly recommended

10/10 recommend! Everything was super flavorful without being salty, the cocktails were some of the best I’ve had in some time and our waiter Corey was super personable and made sure our food came out fresh and satisfactory. We came for brunch and it was a very refreshing experience where you could listen to chill music, talk with friends and eat well! The pictures should speak for themselves! I highly recommend!
Twisted Soul Cookhouse and Pours was really good. We started with the catfish poppers and the lemon pepper basil chicken wings—both excellent choices. For the entrées, we had the coconut curry mushrooms with salmon. The sauce was really good—definitely different, but very flavorful. We also ordered the Southern-style marinated fried chicken, which was really good, and the classic pot roast. Overall, it was a great experience and all the reviews were right. Plenty of parking and excellent service. We also had dessert—the peach cobbler is definitely worth recommending. Just an all-around great experience. No military discount.
We arrive a few hours before closing time and the service was good. The waiter was excellent very detailed explaining the menu. The food was on point from the appetizers to the entrees. I do not have a picture of the fried green tomatoes cus we ate them b4 the pictures. The dessert was the bonus a must go back.
