Morrins mobile auto repair

Hate to leave such a scathing review but wanted to forewarn the community before enlisting this gentlemen for any auto work. At first, things seemed promising. I called Tom (the owner) and he answered and came out to look at my car. Was in communication about time and was respectful. Came out to take a look at my car and told me I needed a new alternator. No worries; paid for the part and labor upfront because it was the holiday weekend and I understand scheduling can be hectic and wanted him to have what he needed. That was my first mistake. After the weekend passes, I message Tom about updates on parts and when he will be out to fix my vehicle. He replies that the part will be picked up and that he will be out tomorrow (which is today 9/9/2026.) I called him on 9/8/2026 and paid him on 9/4/2026. He said that he will be here 9/9 at 9:30am and will be done by 12pm. It’s currently 2pm and I have not heard from Tom despite multiple attempts to reach him. I really was hopeful since the reviews were promising and he’s rated 5 stars on Google. I would not make this mistake again. If you’re looking for a mobile mechanic, look elsewhere. He will scam you and ignore you. He does not, in fact, put “Morrin” customer service.
