I tried out this place because of the good reviews, and it was the right choice. My AC has not been working for a while. Last year, I had two different companies come out. One tried to hard sell me on a completely new system, the other gave up after an hour or two of diagnosis. Anderson came out and fixed my system in what felt like no time. He found and fixed two mistakes made by previous technicians, and now my AC is finally working again. I was prepared to have to buy a whole new system, but he absolutely saved me. Not only is he technically excellent, but he was incredibly professional the entire time as well. I'll be recommending him the whole company to anyone who has AC issues. Amazing work.
We called Indoor Experts Heating and Air after noticing water leaking from our attic air handler down through the wall. Anderson came out and was fantastic from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had it fixed in about 30 minutes, and took the time to walk us through exactly what was going on and what he did to correct it. He also explained the warranty option clearly without any pressure, which we really appreciated. Anderson was courteous, professional, and genuinely easy to work with. We could not be happier with the service and will absolutely call Indoor Experts again. Highly recommend, and ask for Anderson if you can.

The technicians, Anderson and Malcoln, were professional, efficient, and thorough from start to finish. They checked all my thermostats and fully inspected the HVAC unit, giving everything a solid thumbs up. They also made a helpful recommendation to flush the system and provided a fair, reasonable quote—no pressure, just good information. I signed up for their seasonal maintenance package, which includes summer and winter visits, and it comes with a nice discount. Overall, a smooth and positive experience. Highly recommend their services!
Anderson knows his stuff and was great to work with. Tracy was good at scheduling and much faster than the outsourced call centers of the big shops. I called as a new client and Anderson came out same day - he replaced a part and fixed the wiring. Had us back up and running easily. Anderson from Indoor Experts did a great job on a difficult full replacement of my old and failing zoned HVAC system, including the indoor and outdoor units, new zoning dampers and motors, and new thermostats. He took care of every detail patiently and expertly and solved a longstanding issue with the system humidifier. The new system is doing great.
