Customer service is DEPLORABLE!!!! Long time customer of Wilson Plumbing before mergers. LOYALTY means NOTHING!!!!😡😡😡😡😡. Hot Water tank replaced 5/2/24. 2 year warranty parts/service. 5/7/26 ….. 5 days after Warranty ends notice water leaking from tank hot water out. Fast response and the Plumbers were awesome! Sangan is incredible. Manager Philip hung him OUT TO DRY! The problem obviously was going on for a while. Philip the manager couldn’t even take the TIME to speak to me!!🫣😡😡😡. He made is plumbers delivery bad news. BEST OFFER 30 % discount 🤯🤯🤯🤯. Are you serious. Philip pick up the phone and call me😳😳😳😳😳😳 Is loyalty NO MORE! I give ZERO Stars ⭐️ if I could. Too many other BETTER companies out there!!!!
We had Wilson Plumbing and Heating install a new tank less water heater and a new water softener. During that process Dylan noticed that my sump pump was broken and not working correctly. We had that replaced as well. Dylan was very thorough and professional throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Wilson Plumbing and Heating and especially Dylan and his other technician, Collin. A+!!!!

Everything went well with the A/C maintenance. I payed $300 to have a new thermostat installed. I bought the thermostat on Amazon for $100. I went to put new batteries in it and it fell off the wall. The holes in the drywall were too big. I jerry-rigged it so the screws would stay in but it was a little bit crooked on the wall.
Eric is friendly, professional, honest, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I gave 5 stars but Eric deserves 11! He inspected my ac unit from end to end and answered every single question I had. He mentioned a good reasonable maintenance plan which I am taking advantage of. I highly recommend Wilson Plumbing!
I used Wilson Plumbing after a recommendation from a neighbor. I had a bathtub overflow plate that was leaking into the floor below. It did not appear to be a complicated issue. Wilson Plumbing responded promptly and scheduled a technician to come out. The technician was at my house for most of the day and spent a significant amount of time on the phone trying to determine how to fix the problem. He was unable to complete the repair that day and had to return the next day to finish the work. After paying approximately $400 for the repair, I used the bathtub and discovered that the leak had not been fixed — it was actually worse than before. When I looked into the access hole cut into the wall, I saw standing water and found a wet piece of trash and what appeared to be a metal razor blade that had been left inside the wall (see photo). This is entirely unprofessional behavior. I contacted Wilson Plumbing and they agreed to send the technician back. During that visit, I asked him to test the repair by filling the tub completely. He admitted that he had not fully tested the tub during the original repair before charging me. Again, very unprofessional to not even check your work before charging me. At that point, I was told the leak would require an additional repair costing about $1,300, despite the original problem not being resolved. I decided to get a second opinion from another plumbing company. They were able to identify the issue and fix the leak by tightening a connection and correcting the installation done by Wilson. . I paid Wilson Plumbing for a repair that did not fix the problem and left me with additional damage and frustration. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not use or recommend this company.
