I loved this hotel. From the first day we checked into the room everyone was pleasant. The front desk staff was really friendly and helpful. Roshanda and Andre was very welcoming. The breakfast was very delicious. Service was professional. Thank you! We will be back again!
What impressed me the most during our stay was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Due to a visa issue, I was unable to board my flight, so only my wife and children were able to arrive in Dallas as originally planned. It was a very stressful situation for our family, but even though I wasn’t there, the staff kindly took care of them and were flexible enough to accommodate an early check-in. Since it was their first trip to the United States, my family was understandably anxious, but thanks to the kindness and support of the staff, they were able to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. I am truly grateful. Another highlight was the complimentary breakfast and beer offered as part of the Marriott membership benefits, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only minor downside was the location. There are not many shops within walking distance, and even the Galleria is a bit farther away than we expected. However, this was far outweighed by the exceptional service we received. Thanks to the wonderful staff, this is a hotel I would gladly stay at again.

I spent 4th July weekend at this location. I had a great time. I Got one of the bests rooms. The view is stunning. I have never seen a better view. The parking situation is very convenient. There is the hotel parking and there is extra parking on the street. I liked the fact that I could bring my dog with me. The pet fee wasn't that bad. Breakfast wasn't Included but wasn't that expensive. Everything is the room was high end, very clean. I definetely recommend.
I was in town for the birth of my first grandchild for an extended 12 day. Period at this location. The first thing I wanna say is, it is professionally run by employees that seem to be respected and by management that runs the first class operation it’s clean and you can get to pretty much anywhere within 25 minutes. The female manager who I spoke with whose name escapes me and I’m so sorry was visual and helpful in front of the house and I’m sure she carries that through to the back of the house. Also Ben and the rest of the morning breakfast crew were excellent and professional and friendly as well as the front desk staff Andre and others. *** Join Bonvoy before booking to get a free FULL breakfast!! It's really a great start to the day.
The front desk agent named Tyler that works the midnight shift on Friday nights was amazing. We had a situation with a group rate for a conference that we were attending that we did not receive when we checked in. Tyler was very concerned and proceeded to straighten it out immediately. He was very helpful, very kind, and made the whole process painless. We have always enjoyed this line of hotels and because of individuals like Tyler, we continue to return. Thank you Tyler
